      If I could give 0 stars I would. It has been 8 weeks since install. On installation day the wrong picture window was installed, a window was never replaced, capping around the windows are uneven and white latex caulked to our brown shutters, asbestos debris and metal shards from cutting through windows was covering my entire house, large chunks of glass still surrounds the perimeter of the home and covering my deck. Cleaning took well over 5 hours after the contractors left to be able to go to bed, as so much debris was covering our beds and furniture. The windows were left dirty, screens were ripped and the caulking/vinyl trim was sloppily put up around the inside of the windows. We asked that a project manager contact us, as we were displeased with the outcome of our install. No contact was made and no one came to check the install was done properly. One week later I submitted 20 photos of damage and improper installation, no response. I resubmitted the photos again the following week expressing my disappointment and displeasure, still no response. On the 4th week they reached out for payment. We shared our experiences and they scheduled a project manager to come out on the 5th week following installation. Since then it has been another 3 weeks without any communication as to when the debris will be cleaned, the proper window will be installed for the picture window, the window that’s missing will be installed or when the capping will be fixed. The customer service of this company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I would never recommend this company.

      We have completely enjoyed the Power experience! Mason and Brett were very professional and extremely helpful and informative. My husband and I are very pleased with the work and will be returning to Power for our future work!

      First time using Power and could not be more happy with the service. Very personal friendly employees. One day instal and they worked very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again and would absolutely recommend them!
