5 starsEverything is moving along exactly as it was explained to me. I am about 1 year into the program and 2 of my 3 accounts are already in term settlements as we work on the final one.
The transparency is great. Nothing is hidden.
I have done exactly as they have instructed me to do because they are the pros and I want this resolved as soon as possible, but also responsibly & J.G. Wentworth and their team have me confident that my goal is being accomplished.

1 starReceived a "pre-approved" offer for a personal loan. The mailing clearly states "this is a solicitation for a personal loan". Upon learning the loan was not approved, what I received was a hard sell on a debt relief program. I am not in financial trouble, or unable to pay my bills. I do not need to enter into anything that would negatively impact my credit. Too much resemblance to a bait and switch. If this is what a BBB A* rating looks like, i'm confused.Review fromHector A

1 starFirst time I dealt with I felt uneasy. I was in a pickle and needed money so I went against my better judgment and sold a part of my structured settlement. After going to court the funds came fast but at a significant cost. NEVER DOING IT AGAIN!!!!. Now that's it's been done they constantly harass me via text, phone calls and mail. I have asked via text to remove me from their call list. Someone called me within 5 minutes and argued with me about removing my number. The person they are calling about does not own my number as I told him and he still replied that they will continue to call until the person they are calling says otherwise. It's not their number!!!!! They will never be in contact with that person from my number. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ??.
