Spring EQ and their loan officer and support staff quickly put together their offer and stream-lined the application process to fruition. Everything was accomplished expeditiously, with a HELOC rate well below many of the competitors, and the loan closed in less than a month, fantastic!

It was a very good experience in processing my loan with Spring EQ. Our loan officer Blake was easy to deal with. He is very patient with all my questions and tried his best to address my concerns. Communication between us was smooth. He also set the right expectation upfront to avoid any frustrations. There was a slight change in my loan after we discover one account with my Sunrun Solar lease account but he navigated it well to get it resolved promptly. Towards the end the communication with me was a bit challenging when I was handed over to the customer advocate. But overall it was very pleasant and would highly recommend Spring EQSpring EQ LLC

We had a great experience from start to finish with Spring EQ. Our agent, Mr. Lewis, is top notch! He pushed and didn't give up. We did close later than expected, due to a title issue, but the entire process was easy and we were kept in the loop the whole way.Spring EQ LLC

***I WISH I COULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE STAR RATING***
I'm here to warn everyone about Spring EQ who claims to be one of the best refinancing mortgage companies in the world. First, if you are military and refinancing your VA home loan you need a FULL APPRAISAL and not the DRIVE BY that Spring EQ offers. On page 4 of your contract you will see that so conveniently hidden is a large property tax payment that will come due, loan amount subject to change, all info not properly explained to you, lies, finger pointing and an entire company full of scammers trying to get as much as they can as fast as they can. My closing was supposed to be today, I cancelled it 1 hour before because the numbers/money amounts were not correct and nobody could explain why. Stay as far away from this company as you can....they prey on people who need the money quick, people who think they have no other options and get you all excited only to find out they been lying, cheating and about to scam you out of your home and money. Read your documents in full, don't just SIGN & DATE HERE like they tell you. I hope this review helps someone cause I almost got taken for a very uncomfortable ride today. Do your homework, read everything, ask questions and make sure it makes sense.Spring EQ LLC
