      The only Davids Bridal I would recommend is the one in **********, ** as they went over and above to help me with forgetting my dress for my sons wedding. They found the same exact dress and size and held it for me. On the other hand, the ***********, ** location where I bought my original dress refused to even give me store credit ************************************************************************* the bag with the tags and both receipts to prove it was the same dress. The corporate number directs you to text rather than talk to someone. They promised to help me within 72 hours and I never heard back. So be very sure you like what you buy and whatever you do dont forget your dress for an out of town wedding because they will do absolutely NOTHING for you even though their site promises store credit.

      Very misleading information on bridesmaid dresses advertised in pictures. The expectation is that this dress (Charmeuse Cowl Off-the-Shoulder Bridesmaid Dress GS290173) comes with a visible slit. When my bridesmaids received the dress., the slit wasnt visible even if she popped her leg out or walked in it. In order for the slit to show as it is on the model, the panels have to be tapered back by a seamstress. I explained this to the rep and she stated that the dress does show that the panels are covering the model and its laying flat. She is referring to picture 3 which is THE WAIST UP. So why are you assuming the customer can see whats going on at the bottom of the dress??? The first bridesmaid to receive her order went to the store and inquired and they told her it could not be done because they take forever to do simple alterations. So this was an expense that came out of the budget. Furthermore Davids Bridal doesnt have a number at corporate to call. They text you the entire time with zero resolution at the end. Mind you this went on for a week of texting instead of someone just picking up the phone to call the client. Shame on you! Makes sense why you are shutting down stores nation wide. Horrible services and false advertising!!!

      Business would not refund my money paid only 10 minutes prior for dress alterations that cost $850. No alterations were actually done. Just pinning. The company said that payments for alterations were final. They could easily have refunded the amount to my credit card. I took my dress to another tailor. I cannot afford a loss of $850.

      For my daughters upcoming wedding, we purchased a Wedding Dress priced at $629.10. It was expected to arrive April 8th at which time, alterations would be needed. It came in early so, my daughter scheduled alterations for April 1st. We showed up at store and advised of our appointment. One associate asked us to have a seat, it would be just a moment. Another associate came out and asked if we were picking up an altered dress. We advised again of the appointment and they told us to wait a moment. Another 15 minutes passed, we inquired to another associate if there was an issue. They asked us to wait. Finally, the 2nd associate who told us to wait came out and told us they would take us back to alteration fitting room. DIrects us to room, hangs up dress (doesn't take it out) and told my daughter come out once you have it on. No offer to assist. I took out the dress from the garment back. It was dirty, it had holes in the material and hair all over it. The Associate said I apologize but we could probably alter it and not see it. Again, the dress was dirty with hair all over it and holes. I advised we DID NOT order an off the rack dress. It was to be brand new. She went to get Manager Jamoun K*****. I explained issue. She briefly look at dress, apologized and advised she had to reorder. I questioned WHY the dress would have been worn. Apparently, when David's Bridal sells you a NEW dress at the NEW price, if they have at another store (even the floor dress), it could be sent and sold as BRAND NEW. It is misrepresenting the cost of the dress and expectation of what is being paid. Nonetheless, it is disappointing for a soon to be bride to have this happen. All we got was a I am sorry, I will call you when it arrive - should be April 29th then we can set another appointment. Apparently, David's Bridal does not check the dresses for quality or for what is being sold. They will take your money, smile and "lie" about it being a new dress.

      This company is fraudulent! They do not care about the customers. They sold me a USED, DIRTY dress. I immediately went to return it at their stores after 1.5 days, they refused to because it looked used. I have not used or worn this dress! They even refused to accept a mesh undergarment because it looks "used". Everything had tags on them and NONE of the items were used. I would stay away from this company AT ALL COSTS.

      I love the fact they are so sweet at the Montgomery road location Ashlee and Tyra was the sweet hearts of the day I bought a formal dress for my daughters dance for the 15th of this month and they was so kind I also bought my wedding dress there witch I have still. I will be a returning customer as my daughter grows up and they both wished to see pictures of my daughter all dolled up when she does get ready. Thank you ladies for a wonderful welcome.have a merry Christmas and happy new year.

      I have bought at least 10 dresses from David’s bridal with little problems. This time I ordered a dress that said it would be delivered 11/7. On 11/8 i reached out and it had not been shipped yet. I will not be able to wear to my event and will have to buy another one day of the event. Also what good is the rewards program crap? With all those dresses I’ve never built enough points to be awarded any discounts??

      First, in 2007 when I was a bride, I had an awesome experience and that is why I chose David's Bridal for a bridesmaid dress. Move forward to 2023 and I tried on a dirty dress that was stained. DISGUSTING! Why was it not cleaned when it was brought back from whom ever had it before?? Before I had my consult with Ashley at the Bay Area Blvd location, I screenshot off their locations website the dresses I liked or that were in the color of the bridesmaid dress chosen by the bride. I showed Ashley and she stated they didn't have those dresses. If I got them from your website, why wouldn't they be there? Should have been my second clue to go elsewhere. The only dress available was the stained one. I noticed the stains, none of the staff said anything about them, yes them, more than one. The woman that does the alterations treated one of the areas and got it out. So, I bought it. When I went in for the alteration’s appointment weeks later, the only stain that was left was small and was told it wouldn't come out. After the alterations were done, I was given the cost. I, as well as my mom who went with me, stated to Laurie that we were not told of any cost. She got Suzanne (the manager) and she said (because it’s a bridesmaid dress), "there's nothing I can do". Sure there is, you’re the manager!! You chose not to. Laurie stated if there are any other alterations that need to be done afterwards, I will not have to pay for them. Believe me, I had her write that on my receipt! When I tried on the dress after the alterations were done a few weeks later, I noticed it was longer in the front on one side than the rest of the dress. I was re-measured and the final fitting showed it was a little better and the stitching was horrible!!!! I will NOT go to David's Bridal again. They obviously don't care about their dresses or the customers. It’s a money thing to them. Now, I'm sure they'll have something to say in response to this, bring it on!

      No Stars!!! They sold me a Sample dress for full price at davidsbridal.com. Sample Sticker was on it and it came in a plastic bag with a broken hanger. No padded bag or nothing. Customer service was horrible to get in contact with. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Took me over a month of teying to get a call back. CEO Mr. MARCUM YOU MUST BE VERY PROUD OF YOUR COMPANY!!!!
