      Im reaching out regarding a frustrating experience I recently had with a return. I purchased two pairs of the same shoes in different sizes 8.5 and 9 planning to keep the size that fit best. I chose to keep the size 8.5 and returned what I believed to be the size 9 pair at my local store.Later, when I went to wear the shoes, I realized that I had mistakenly returned one left shoe from each pair meaning Im now left with two right shoes in different sizes. While I understand this was partly my mistake, I also feel the store associate should have verified the return, especially since verifying items is a routine part of the checkout process. Had they done so, the error would have been caught, and I could have corrected it on the spot.I contacted your online support team, who instructed me to return to the store or use a return label. However, I no longer have the box, and when I called the store, they had no knowledge of the mismatched return. I also want to note that I sent in clear photos of the shoes via chat, showing that they have never been worn and are in brand-new condition. Despite that, *** received no helpful resolution.I now feel stuck with two unusable shoes and no support from customer service, despite having explained the full situation and provided proof. Given the circumstances and the shared responsibility in this error, I am requesting a refund.

      I was publicly humiliated while shopping at Dicks Sporting Goods at ************** in *****, **. I attempted to return a gift without a receipt and was denied (which I understood). After shopping and spending over $350, I was publicly confronted by mall security who accused me of being a shoplifter based on my past. The cashier verified my story, but the guard continued to defame me loudly in front of customers. I reported the incident to mall security the next day and was treated with further disrespect. This is unacceptable. I am law-abiding and in recovery. Dicks Sporting Goods needs to train its staff and mall security to treat all customers with dignity and respect. I am pursuing legal options

      On May 2, 2025 we purchased a Blackstone Griddle. We put everything together and used it for the first time on 05/20/2025. We seasoned the grill successfully, and after one use, we were left with large stains, food stuck and the entire experience was terrible and very, very frustrating. We decided to contact ************* customer service and started with the online chat and it just snowballed from there...Online Chat - The customer *** (in writing) said that I needed to call the local store where we picked up the Griddle (purchased online) and advised me to arrange for a store employee to come to our home, inspect the Griddle so they could process the return/refund. I pushed back on this guidance and told the *** that I have never, ever heard of such a policy. This conversation went on for about 30 minutes...total waste of time. Store Manager - I called Dick's Sports at ************** (***************) and spoke with a Manager named *******. When I told him what the Online *** said, he said that is not true and no one from the store goes out to anyone's home to inspect a product for a refund. I explained the situation to this Manager and informed him that we want to return the Griddle. He said the policy states nothing can be returned if opened and/or used...even if used one time. I asked the Manager if this policy is stated on the Receipt and he said "I don't know" and indicated that he never read the store's receipts. Yet, your a Manager? I asked if I could speak with someone above him and he told me to call ***************** He gave it to me and when I told him that I am going to call them...this guy chuckled and told me to "Go for It" and then hung up on me. **************** ****************** is now the third ****** I am attempting to speak to about returning this horrible Griddle and to make a long story even longer...he asked me if I read the Return policy before making my purchase. Seriously???

      My Aunt bought a gift card for my son and when I went to use it there was no value on the card. Between phone calls to customer service and going right to store which was not close by it was not resolved. **************** says card not activated but store said it doesnt match receipt. Corporate Dicks said I need to ask the store to pull cameras. I said I think maybe where gift cards are at the register since it was busy at holiday time maybe another card was authorized. There has been no resolution and my Aunt has lost out on $75. Nothing has been offered to assist the situation. The phone customer service line cant do anything and neither can corporate it sounds like. The actual store a manager and someone he checked with couldnt do anything

      Purchased 2 pairs of sneakers online. Took a month for it to even arrive in the **** I got a notification that the product had been delivered even though it hadnt. I contacted the customer service via email. Was told to check with my neighbors to see if it had been delivered there by mistake. My neighbors are all family and none had received my package. I reached out once again to the customer service email. No response. Ive now sent 3 emails with no response. Im out $60.

      This was at the ***************** day in *************. My black husband and I came in to get one, possibly two halo tens units. Both times, we were followed. The check out people are either incompetent or were trying to stall us even though we paid. Both times, they made comments that theyre buying ******* surprised racism is accepted there.

      Absolutely disgraceful experience with Dicks Sporting Goods! I placed an order on March 29, 2025, and over a month later, my product still hasnt arrived. Their so-called customer service is a complete jokewhen I reached out, the *** had the nerve to just offer a refund without even addressing why my order was lost in limbo. I didnt ask for my money back; I wanted the product I paid for! No apologies, no solutions, just pure disrespect and incompetence. This company clearly doesnt care about its customers. Avoid shopping here unless you want to waste your time and money on a business that cant deliverliterally!

      BEWARE IF DISABLED Recently took my mom in her wheelchair to get a pair of Skechers for her feet? The first **** employee took our info, went behind a partition and exited the other side and waited on someone else? We flagged down another employee, male, same thing. Took our info, went behind partition and exited opposite side and waited on another customer. Neither employee were wearing there name tag, only a work shirt, unable to identify? So, I wheeled my mother out in frustration and disappointment. Is Dicks Sporting Goods discriminating against taking care of customers in wheelchairs? I challenge their management to review the camera footage of our encounter and horrible experience. I can only speak from our recent experience.
