      Hi *** ******** I wanted to bring to your attention of an issue I had in one of your stores today in Carmel Mtn Ranch. I came in to look at athletic shoe's. I found a pair of Brook's shoes on display with an assortment of the same style of shoe I was looking at Priced at $89.98. All of the shoe's on display in this style were all priced at $139.99. I took this shoe to one of the associates on duty at approx. 1:05 pm and asked if the Black shoe's in this style were the same price's as the shoe's I was holding. ( See photo attached ) the customer service gentleman stated ( NO it's ONLY that color that I was holding was on sale ) I then asked if he could check to see if they had it in a size 10.5. He then scanned the shoe stating we do have it in stock. He then went to retrieve the shoe. I proceeded to the checkout line. The cashier scanned the shoe and of course it came up the higher price. I explained the situation. She called the manager and he said no, he can't have the shoe at that price, it's a mistake. I asked to speak to him directly, so I could explain what I was TOLD by the employee that helped me. In the meantime I went back to the department and took a photo of what prompted me in the first place. Eric did come to the front in a timely manner. I started to explain, when he stated it was a mistake, (ANYONE can take the clip on signs and move them) I explained that the employee told me that , only that shoe was that price. Again he said that the signs can be move by anyone, he then looked at me saying ( Do YOU understand that ) Here is another concern. If there is an issue with customers moving your clip sale tags. Wouldn't make sense to do something different with the signage that gives the description of the item.

      on 8/14/2022 i went to clearwater fl store to purchase schwinn bike. none on display so asked the sales rep if there were any in stock. he went back to storage area to check, came back and told they had 2 in stock but it would take 2 weeks to assemble bike. i left but later same day i went online and ordered the bike. dick's web site stated they were 2 in stock at clearwater store so i placed the order, this morning i get an e-mail msg from dick's. oops sorry we don't have the bike in stock. so the sales rep either lied to me or has poor eyesight and dick's method of tracking inventory is useless. overall one rotten experience do not purchase anything from this company

      Horrible Service through Dicks Sporting Goods Customer service and lack of caring or finding a resolution for the customer. Ordered two pairs and a hat from Dicks sporting goods online since they did not carry the product in house. The first time I recieved the hat it was the color of my foundation colors and was going to be a perfect match to put the logo on it. But when I recieved the hat is was defective and dirty. Showed the stitching was coming off and also part of the hat was dirty. So took this back with not much of an issue no appology and said do you want a refund and got it. Went back online later that week and the same hat was available and I have the golf event in about a week so was going to be able to get it in time. When I recieved this from the order it was the exact same hat. Had to make another trip to the store to return and Dicks was just like oops do not know how this could have happend they sent me the same hat. It was just horrible and nothing to help rectify the issue. Next I had ordered two pair of golf shoes that Dicks has and was excited to get the golf shoes. Was going to wear these at the golf event in a week and when they showed up in a plastic bag it was ripped and had holes and the inside was smashed. Had to make another trip back to Dicks to return these now. When I returned them just asked if I wanted to return them no apology or custermer service empathy. Have another pair in limbo and asked for their help locating since I did not have a tracking number or e-mail about where they were at no help just said they cannot do anything I would have to make a phone call. This proved to me big box syndrome of how they treat individuals do not care. Also have no idea yet when I receive the other pair. I am just frustrated of the lack of empathy. Just getting blown off in store and no one helping at all. I am sorry I ever made a purchase online or tried to make a purchase has been the biggest fail of an experience. *****

      I received $120 reward through their points system. I ordered a product that was $80. They asked if I wanted to use my $120 reward. Sure! What they do not tell you is that they keep the entire $120 reward. If I bought a soda and used the reward, it would have been $120 soda. What in the world. I called their customer service number and they said they would be glad to cancel the order but it would take another month to get my reward back. What type of program is that? Entirely unethical and should be illegal!

      I purchased a set of senior mens golf clubs from Dick's Sporting Goods. I could not get solid hits on the ball and did not like the quality of the clubs. The return policy at Dick's is a scam, and customer service is a joke. They manufacture the clubs, and will not accept a return.Bought clubs July 22nd, and would not take return on Aug. 3rd. Two or three Scratches on driver from trying out the clubs. No returns on clubs if tried out outside of store (purchased online). Absolutely contrary to return policy.

      Worst shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered camping equipment and they sent the wrong tent. They had me purchase it again and print off a return label for the incorrect one. It was received and signed for at their facility on 5/24/2022 and they have yet to refund the purchase. When I called they said that they never received it. I opened a claim with FedEx and the denied it saying it was delivered and signed for by *******. I called dicks back and they were all apologizing and flabbergasted at why it hasn't been refunded yet and said he would have it resolved immediately. We'll, week later, today,, I opened a dispute with my bank. This is insanity.
