      Bought front discs for my 2003 dodge Dakota. They shipped the wrong ones and they gave me the runaround in their automated phone system. Their website is also non-customer Friendly and could not get a return authorization to get the correct part

      I ordered a part for my car its a thermostat housing with thermostat for a 2019 GLC Mercedes. When the mechanic came to install the part it was the wrong part. I called Parts Geek and they told me that the part had past its return date of 30 days which it was not , they told me that they will take it back but I had to wait until I hear fro them, they sent me an email and said that they will take the part back I have to ship it . I went to the post office and return the part a week later Parts Geek sent me an email stating that they will not refund me because the part was not in restocking condition, they in turn send me a picture of a metal part and said it was used and I will not be getting a refund. I send pictures of the part that I purchased showed it had no metal pieces it was all plastic they said that the case was close and I will not be getting a refund Im very disappointed it wasnt cheap so Im out of my money.

      Worst parts company I have ever done business with very dishonest and will bully you when you want to make a return and on top of that make you pay for it. I spoke to ***** and ****** both managers and both very rude and argumentative and not friendly at all!!! Think twice and very hard before doing business with this people!!! Beware

      PartsGeek refused to accept a return without charging a re-stocking fee even though the product fitment description on the website was inaccurate and incomplete. They insisted that the listing was "accurate" even though it did not specify or exclude any driveline for the vehicle and the part ONLY fit the *** model. So now I'm forced to contest the charge with my credit card and will STILL have to pay to ship the parts back.

      Two days before receiving PartGeeks part I ordered, the first new fuel pump I installed into my car began to work. As per mechanics advisement I waited a week to see if the newly installed part would continue to work. It did so I returned PartsGeek fuel pump that had had never been taken out of shipping box, never used.Had I known PartsGeek are THIVES I would NEVER had done business with then in the first place. Not only did I pay *** $14.99 to ship the part back to PartsGeek, but PartsGeek CHARGED me a $20.00 "Restocking Fee". Nowhere on PartsGeek website does it make it clear that they STEAL customers money should the customer no longer need the part, again, had I read this I would have NEVER done business with them! I called giving them a chance to correct this theft, they declined so here I am.IF YOU ENJOY BEING ROBBED, BY ALL MEANS DO BUSINESS WITH THIS EXCEEDINGLY SHADY COMPANY! As for me I live on $1075 a month and DO NOT have $20 for "Restocking Fees"!

      Honestly, great prices and the person on chat helped me find the correct part for my daughters car. Their return policy is not pro customer. I ordered two headlamp assemblies for my daughters 2014 ****** Highlander back in March of this year. I have finally gotten a chance to install the headlamp assemblies, and when I opened the box, both of the headlamp lenses were broken in the same spot. I called the customer service number attempting to get the items exchanged. The supervisor on the phone stonewalled me when I asked about an exchange. This company doesnt do exchanges. They only do returns, within 30 day, and you have to repurchase the part. I am going to get my bank involved and see if they can help me out. I would rather pay more money at another website or brick and mortar parts shop than work with this company ever again.

      It would be no stars if that was a option. I ordered a part by mistake. So I understood the restock fee witch should have only been 15 dollars. But when I received the refund they kept 50 dollars. So I called to ask why so much. And they couldn't tell me why other than I ordered wrong. So by them keeping 50 dollars and me spending 30 dollars to mail it back. I paid 80 dollars for a part I never used. I will never do any ordering from them again or refer anyone to them.

      I give a call to this guys never answered, and he never refund my money because I send it with the ***** and the ***** brake the parts.also this company asked me to pay the return it item to me

      Do not buy from Parts Geek. Website is s*** A lot of wrong information. You pay freight when you buy it and when you return it; even when it is their website error. When you call to return, they never pickup phone. Always a call back later. They dont post a customer service email. If you cant reach them by phone, tough luck. Read other reviews. Very bad service. Do not trust them.

      This company is a Ripoff and I dont expect them to stay in business for a long time. Had a part that wasn't needed, never opened and was trying to return but they don't except any returns and pretty much told me to pound sand. I will Never buy a part from this scam company.
