      Parts geek sent me an incomplete order and charged me for the full amount despite numerous attempts to try to get reimbursed for the part I didn't received. Every time I would get the same message, that i need it to start a return first, despite me explaining them that i couldn't make a return anymore since i had already installed the only part i received.
      Total Rip off, Buy somewhere else !!!!!!

      Please accept our sincere apologies for failing to provide you with the excellent service you expected from us. We apologize for you not receiving all parts out of the kit that you ordered, but unfortunately, as our website states, we are unable to accept returns on a partial part of a kit and and if you would like a full refund you would need to return all the parts received from the kit. Again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that we may have caused.
