      I would give zero stars if i could and have to break my review into two parts this is part 1 I spent a lot of money with parts geek doing a timing job for a land rover. To even place the order they wanted a picture of my drivers license and a gas bill (understandable with the total cost of parts but still made me uneasy) which i thought was pretty ridiculous but i needed the parts so i sent the info and I did get the factory parts i ordered, however one of the vvt units went defective after 30 minutes of run time and caused the timing on one bank to stay advanced and cost me a tremendous amount of labor time to replace it yet again. I spoke to customer service and they said they would not send a replacement or cover my labor cost and that i had to purchase another and then send the defective unit back so i ended up ordering another one. Well it turned out the customer service rep sent me the wrong part even though i specifically told her the part number i needed and then i had to fight to get my money back for that part including the shipping cost. That process took me a week of back and fourth with customer service (the first time i even called about this issue i was hung up on in about 15 seconds) and i still didn't have the replacement part. I gave up trying to get the replacement with them after about 30 emails, three more weeks, and finding out there customer service and warehouse department have to talk to each other before anything gets done (its like a really bad game of telephone) and went to my local land rover dealership 2 hours away to pick one up however i still needed my money back on the defective part and sent the unit back as instructed by the customer service rep. Two weeks later the part comes back to me saying they declined my return because its a used part and they cant resell it. At this point i had to call to open another support ticket since they took so long to turn around the part the ticket had closed itself and

Due to the increasing number of fraudulent transactions affecting online companies, we have had no choice but to implement strict procedures in processing orders and we attempt every measure to protect our customers. In accordance to all credit/debit transactions regulations, all merchants are required to present a positive AVS and unfortunately, your transaction was presented as a negative AVS because of a different shipping address than the approved credit card billing address. (Thus, voiding the required positive avs, in accordance to Visa/Mastercard regulations) Because of these circumstances, we require a copy of a driver’s license to confirm the billing and shipping address for additional security measures. Since you would not provide us any additional information to process the order the order and was voided. As for the defective part, we can confirm that this has already been refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

      I have received my refund but the insanity of trying to get it is what has triggered this review in the first place and I stated in my review the drivers license request was understandable due to the amount and the fact it was a business card, if the AVS issue had been explained rather than just saying you needed a copy of my drivers license and a gas bill to process it i wouldn't have had an issue with that. I am simply informing the public of my horrific experience with your company and the hoops i had to jump through to get you guys to process a simple refund for a defective part that you sold me. The entire customer service staff seems to do exactly as you have done in your reply and fixate on the first stated problem and ignore everything else pertaining to the problem as a whole. The issue i had with your company wasn't only the defective part but the sheer lack of the customer service reps understanding the problem, if i even got to talk to them without them hanging up on me when they realized it wasn't a sale but an issue, and then having the nerve to say nothing was wrong with the part because they watched a youtube video on it, rather than checking against a known good in your inventory, even though i provided more than enough information showing how the part was defective compared to a known good part and after that actually having to make a youtube video since the pictures were not enough for your customer service to comprehend the physical issue with the part. The sheer ignorance of your customer service team that sells car parts day in and day out is mind blowing, they couldn't even get a simple part number correct and as a result caused more than just a simple inconvenience it cost me about $1400 and weeks of down time.

      Ordered parts and did not need them any more> I returned them with the RMA # on the label and its been over 1 1/2 months with them saying they did not receive my parts. Bullshit 60lbs of parts with insurance on them. I want my refund

If you can please provide us with the traceable return tracking number you obtained from the shipping facility when you shipped your return. We have numerous warehouses and need to confirm which warehouse received your returned part, confirm the returned merchandise was delivered and/or it was misdelivered or lost in transit. Our warehouse has notified us the returned merchandise was not received, therefore we can only conclude it was misdelivered or lost in transit.

Unfortunately, you must contact Walmart we are unable to view any refunds as we are incapable to see any credit card information and unable to assist in refunds. Again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that we may have caused and for the delay in receiving a resolution from our establishment.

      Ordered two air intake hoses, left and right, their website said both were in stock, the order confirmation said both were shipped, giving us a tracking number for both. Both tracking numbers said it was in route to be delivered.
      When delivered we only received one.
      When we called their customer service, we were told only one was in stock and the other one was no longer available. There was no call or email informing us of this issue.
      Their resolution was for us to have to order through their website from another manufacturer, spending more money, while waiting to be reimbursed for the original purchase. And we have to wait another week to get the new part.
      There were no offers to order it for us and to expedite or overnight shipping.
      Very poor business practices and will not recommend this business!

Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are rare occasions where the product is not available. Unfortunately, we currently do not have an out of stock notification system in place, the usual estimate on back ordered parts to become available is 2-3 weeks. Please check our website to see if we offer another brand, if so just place a new order for that part(s).

      The part I ordered came open with half of it missing they won't do a return so I can actually get my part and are slacking about giving me my money back so I can order from someone else do not order stuff from them they should be closed down

As our website and all email confirmations state we have a 30 day no hassle return policy and in addition most of our parts carry a 1 year free warranty with purchase of the merchandise. In addition, most parts carry a 2-3 year extended limited warranty plans at an additional cost. We are saddened you do not agree with our return policy however our 30 day no hassle return policy is common in the automotive parts industry.
