I have spoken to a representative multiple times asking for a copy of my bill. They state they are sending it but I have still not received it. I tried again to ask for a bill and was given rude remarks and hung up on twice. When I asked to speak with someone higher I was told they will not speak with me and was hung up on again

i was notified that i had 5 new collections on my credit report from ability recovery service when i first called i was told there was no information connected to my name social security number or address which is a violation Fdcpa states debt collectors can not deceive you. i called again to inquire about the debt and was told i was a ****** person for not paying my bills and then hung up on. i never received a phone call email or mail from ability recovery to collect, verify or validate alleged debt before reporting to credit bureaus. according to fair credit reporting act i have 30 days to respond with a validation letter to validate the debt. which i never got the chance to do which is another violation they were told about the alleged debt 12/08/22 and reported to the credit bureaus on 1/13/23. i was never sent anything from this company nor was i even called. i was robbed of the chance to respond with a validation of debt letter which is another violation. they violated my consumer rights by never contacted me or given me the 30 days im entitled to so i can ask for validation of debt by law. i would like these accounts removed NOW. i feel like this company is SCAMMING PEOPLE

I recently had a big drop in my credit score and I am trying to buy a home. So I checked my credit report to see why, and this company popped up as a debt collector. I have not been contacted about this debt, so I wanted to resolve this quickly since I am in the process of buying a home. I sent in a contact request so that they may contact me as soon as possible, but I still have not heard back. I would like this removed from all credit agencies. This has been frustrating since I do not know why this was randomly put onto my credit.

Due to the non-compliance, non-mail, non-email, invalid website, verbal cue at the previous $800.00 deletion amount, renege.  I have been put to the side as a consumer, hoping you'd answer the call.  I do not believe you have followed the 'good' will of my person and business.  As the ********** has deleted the listing; I desire for you to erase the ******* and ******** listing of DOB:  **********.  Note:  twice you all chose a different amount, I called to satisfy, you chose to deny and renege.  I called from the ******, ******, okay.  So, I do desire the erase and deletion due to improper conduct and statute of deletion 'out of date.'   Immediate.

I am being harassed by Ability Recovery Service. They are causing me mental and physical stress causing me not to be able to sleep and I can't even work. I have never taken their class and I do not owe them anything. This is stressing me and causing me anguish. They are breaking laws: Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 (“FCRA”) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and I am requesting VALIDATION NOT VERIFICATION of this debt. I am requesting proof that Ability Recovery Service has VALIDATED AND NOT VERIFIED THAT I AM responsible for this debt. Please provide me with some contractual obligation which was actually submitted to Ability Recovery Service, that binds me to pay this debt and that has my actual signature. To refresh your memory on what constitutes legal validation, I am giving a list of the required documentation: 1. Complete payment history, the requirement of which has been established by ****** v *******, *** ****** ***; 2001 Ind. App. ***** ***. 2. Agreement that bears MY signature of the alleged debtor wherein I agreed to pay the original creditor. 3. Letter of sale or assignment from the original creditor (in this case, ******** *******) to Ability Recovery Service. (Agreement with {******** *******} client that grants {Ability Recovery Service}, the authority to collect on this alleged debt.) ******* v. ***** Financial Services, 302CV577, 2002 WL 32173704 (D.Conn., Oct. 29, 2002) - information relating to the purchase of a bad debt is not proprietary or burdensome. Debtors must phrase their request clearly to obtain: The source of a debt and the amount a bad debt buyer paid for plaintiff's debt, how the amount sought was calculated, where at issue a list of reports to credit bureaus, and documents conferring authority on defendant to collect debt. Please cease and assist from contacting me and pursuing me on this matter. Send me the actual curriculum, the attendance records and the agreement.
