      I am ejecting this response because: Great you just admitted that you are not my creditor on my credit report. You are breaking 15 U.S. Code § 1692e. False or misleading representation, as only creditors can report on my credit report.
      You admitted per last response that you aren't a creditor of mine and haven’t provided any validating documents that i previously requested. You are also breaking Code § 1692g. Validation of debts. As in ****** vs ***** ***** Corp ., No ******* (C.D. Cal. Nov.14 1995) you are liable for your willful non compliance. This is my SECOND documented request with BBB asking you to provide any contact signed between you DEBT COLLECTOR and the original creditor notarized  and sworn under penalty and perjury for you DEBT COLLECTOR for the ability to collect this alleged debt. You obviously ignored my first request which have been documented and sent to the FTC and CFPB for willful non compliance. You are taking advantage of consumers and this isn’t right. Please remove yourself from my credit report

      This account is over 10 years old and was paid by my insurance to ********* ********* **********. I don't have the initial email I sent to them requesting an itemized bill, and I am no longer employed by the company that was offering insurance. Is there another way to verify that this was satisfied and does not belong to me because I do not have a contract with these people

       I never signed a HIPAA release for them to receive my information and for that information to have been released to them. This is a direct violation of the “HIPAA privacy act“

      I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to address a matter of significant concern regarding the violation of my federally protected consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), specifically 15 U.S.C 1681. The account details in question are as follows: Account Name: ABLTY RECVRY Account Number: ******* It has come to my attention that my rights to privacy and confidentiality, as outlined in 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A, have been compromised. The FCRA expressly grants me the right to privacy, and I expect that my confidential information is handled with the utmost care and compliance. Moreover, according to 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2, a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions. To the best of my knowledge, I have not provided such instructions, and I am concerned that this provision may have been violated concerning the specified account. Additionally, I draw your attention to 15 U.S.C 1681c (a)(5), which prohibits consumer reporting agencies from including adverse information in a consumer report, with exceptions for records of convictions of crimes that antedate the report by more than seven years. I request clarification on any adverse information reported on my account, as it may be in violation of this provision. Furthermore, under 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 (A)(1), it is stated that a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. I urge you to promptly review the accuracy of the information related to my account and take corrective action if any inaccuracies are identified. I trust that Ability Recovery Services LLC will conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take the necessary steps to remedy any violations of the FCRA. Your prompt attention to this issue is appreciated. Thank you for your cooperation in resolving this matter.
