I purchase a transmission cooler from CPP Diesel on September 29, 2024. They promptly ran my debit card for the transaction and sent me a receipt stating the product would be shipping in 7-10 days. I emailed them back after two weeks asking about the product and when I should be expecting delivery. Someone from the company responds after one day that they have forwarded the question on to the warehouse. I receive nothing more. I waited 6 days before asking again when I should be expecting the product. I receive an email 6 days later that the product is not in their warehouse. I ask about a refund as I am trying to get a truck back on the road. They replied that there is a 20% fee. I don't have any other recourse but to loose 20 percent of my purchase. I had dropped off a (NV4500) transmission core and $4000 in cash to have it rebuilt. The shop took my core and said they would email me my receipt and they never did. They also said they would give me updates on my transmission and they refuse to call me and let me know whats going on. I called several and they had blocked my phone number and I had to download an app to get another number to contact them. I dropped off the transmission close to the end of June and its been over 3 months and I cant get anyone to answerInitial Complaint

I purchased a custom built engine through a money wire transfer in September of 2022 in the amount of $21,000. The company is 8 months past the time I was told to expect my engine, and I can not get ahold of the owner about my purchase. Date of Transaction was 3/28/2024 ordered a truck part for $150.60, order #******, I called relentlessly after two weeks of waiting and could not reach anyone!! On May 1, 2024 I finally got ahold of a lady, who said that part wasnt available (never called me, emailed to let me know the status), she then suggested there was a comparable part available for $50.00 more and she said it would get sent it out right away. So, I paid an additional $50.00, order #******bringing the total amount spent to $****** which was charged on my personal debit card. On May 13 I received the ORIGINAL ordered part from 3/28/2024 order and the $50.00 extra that I paid for the alternative part never came, the order status is showing as waiting for fulfillment.By time this part was received I was done waiting, I shopped elsewhere and got the part I needed quickly. I tried multiple times to contact someone at CPP Diesel to return this part that was no longer needed and refund me my total amount spent of ****** I additionally emailed their customer support with no response. Purchased 4 items on 03/19/2024 totaling almost $2,000. 1 item was shipped right away. Tracking was provided quickly, however the rest of the order was put on a “awaiting fulfillment” status. I made several calls and emails to try to find out how long it would take to get the rest of the order, the lady on the phone would politely make an excuse to get back to me tomorrow and ultimately never did. Having a deadline for my project, in the beginning of April I requested to cancel the remaining items for a refund since the items hadn’t shipped yet. I went ahead and ordered what I needed somewhere else, installed the parts and completed my project. At the end of April, the items I requested to have canceled were delivered despite having sent multiple emails and having multiple phone conversations to the effect of “if it hasn’t shipped don’t ship it and send me a refund. Upon receiving the items that were supposed to have been canceled I requested a return merchandise authorization, which cpp provided. I had to pay for return shipping. Tracking number for the return shows that CPP received the package on 05/02/2024 at 11:30 eastern time. Since then I have made several phone calls, and sent multiple emails. The last correspondence from them says “accounting will be releasing funds shortly”, that was 2 days ago. They still have not issued a refund.Initial Complaint

january 20 2024 $6814 i bought turbos from them a few months ago and now they wont answer my calls or ship my product. they have not given my a tracking number because they havent sent anything. i call and they that they are "sending this week or the start of next week", its been about three months and i still cant drive anywhere. i call customer service and get the same excuse everytime.Initial Complaint

So, I ordered off their site early in September. I've never received my item from them. I've contacted them via email asking about it, at first they were emailing me back. But, then they starter not getting back to me when I asked again about a update. So, I emailed again asking for the order to be canceled, they said they sent a message to their shop manager regarding it, and said they would be getting in touch with me to discuss, either continuing shipment or starting a refund. That was January 25th, today is February 7th and I haven't heard anything back yet. Took an extended period of time to get the ball rolling. Their website stated in stock, I ordered, transmission had to be "special" made. They sent a transmission, one that was not what was ordered or would work. Tried to scam me out of my core saying the rejected transmission was my core return. Got my transmission months later from them and sent them my actual core. And then it took 7 months to get my money returned, i repeatedly contacted them, got them to say everything in writing including saying the approved my vore return and intended to refund me, and I contacted my credit company and had them handle the core return of 2k. It was blantantly obvious that they werent planning to. I waited couple days after the transaction went through. And now after minimal miles-- for sure less than 5k miles on the transmission-- the top end went out. Contacted them about a warranty. But I'm sure I'll have just as much trouble as before.
