I placed an order for relish which appears to be back-ordered but it's been difficult to find out because they will not answer my calls or return my messages. I have emailed them twice and called twice (had to leave detailed voicemail messages) without any response. I have asked for them to cancel my order and refund any amount paid.Initial Complaint

RE: Kitch'n **************************************** email: ****************************************** AKA Michaels Closet Last Wednesday, November 27, 2024 I placed two orders for various canned jams with Kitch'n: orders #****** ($43.07) and #****** ($49.17) (see below). Since placing the order, I have ordered other products elsewhere and they were prompt with shipping; several of which have already been delivered..I phoned several times unable to speak with anybody, so I left a voice mail. I e-mailed contacted the company and the response was: Thank you so much for shopping with us. I have spoken with the operations manager about your order, and he informed me that the warehouse will be working on it shortly. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience it may have caused you. Have a great ****** it turns out, I searched the web for reviews of this company: all of which are strongly negative:1. On BBB the rating is F and there are 62 complaints closed in last 3 years and 46 complaints closed in last 12 months.2. **************: 87 Reviews- Bad TrustScore 1.5 out of 5. 95% with score of 1 of 5.3. ****** consumer Kitch'nhas 1.4 star rating based on 14 customer reviews. Placed an online order 10/22/2024 for 11 jars of pickled eggs (varying flavors). Received a prompt email confirming receipt of order on 10/22/2024. Email received 11/02/2024 stating order status had changed to "awaiting fulfillment" and no tracking information assigned yet. The credit card provided with the order was charged on 11/02/2024. No further emails received and product not received as of 11/14/2024 so a detailed voice message was left asking about order status because their answering machine stated all customer service **** were busy and a return call would be received within 24 hours. An inquiry was also submitted online. Later on 11/14/2024 another email was received stating order status had changed to "awaiting shipment" but no tracking information has been assigned yet. Did not receive a reply to online inquiry or a return phone call. Called and left another detailed voice message on 11/18/2024 requesting the product be shipped immediately & tracking information provided or to cancel the order & issue a full refund to the card charged on 11/02/2014. An online inquiry was also submitted on 11/14/2014 with same requests. No further emails, no return call and no reply to online inquiry. Called yet again 11/27/2024 demanding order be shipped & tracking information provided or a full refund issued by end of business day 11/29/2024. Date of my transaction August 31, 2024 Order total $30.77 Order #****** On October 2, 2024 I received a letter from ****, stating that my order was found at the Processing and Distribution Facility in *********, **. They stated that the package had been destroyed/damaged, that it could not be placed back in the mail stream and was disposed of.I sent pictures of this letter to the Kitch'n company. They did finally respond on October 8, stating they received my pictures of the damaged order. They said it had been sent to their claims department. And that eventually it would be reshipped. I ordered on 8/27/24, for 10 bottles (total $49.00). I sent several emails regarding status. I got email reading status change on 9/10. They sent a Thanks for your order email with charges of $415.00. I replied with why cost change, never heard from them. I called twice asking for call back, never heard from them. Received order on 9/26/24 with package all bubble wrapped and wet. Note from PA post office of their apologies for the broken bottles. I sent email asking for a return label and 10 new bottles or my $49.00 returned. Still have not heard from them and my money has not been returned. I want my $ returned.Initial Complaint

On 10/29/24 I placed an order with Kitch'n and my credit card was charged. I have not received my order and have attempted to reach Kitch'n to get updates via website messages, emails and phone calls. I then decided to research their reviews on line and it appears the website is a scam as several people referenced my exact same situation with no resolution from Kitch'n. I have requested a full refund to my credit card via email but have not received an acknowledgement of that request.
