I ordered 18 bottles of ***** Tea from the business KITCH'N. Order no. ******. Date of order: 10/5/24.On 10/21/24 I received a heavily damaged and leaking package at the post office. Apparently it had contained 9 bottles. 5 were broken. 4 were intact. I filled in a form on the seller's website, explaining the situation On 10/23/24, I received an apology email, stating that the second package of 9 bottles was "on its way," and requesting photos of the damaged package.Later on 10/23/24 I sent the photos.On 10/25/24 I received an email from the seller, stating that the photos had been sent to their claims department, and restating that the second package of 9 bottles was "making its way" to me.Later on 10/25/24 I requested the tracking number of the second package.On 10/26/24 I summarized the situation, reiterated my request for the tracking number of the second package, and reiterated my request for replacement of the broken ******** of today (10/29/24), I have received no reply.Initial Complaint

I places an order through this site on 9/9/24 and received a confirmation the next day. The order had been drafted from my account as well. I hadnt heard anything for over a week so went back to the site to check on the status. No movement until 9/22 when the status changed to Awaiting Shipment. On 9/26 I received shipment confirmation with a tracking number. There has been no movement since and still marked with a pre-shipment status in ******, **. Ive reached out to their customer support on 10/10 with no response and again yesterday, 10/16. At this point, I feel as though Ive been scammed. Paid money for product on website Kitchn (Michaels Closet). Shipped with incorrect zip code. I corrected information with the company as soon as I found out (absolutely no contact from them regarding this). ******* was returned to the company. They resent it without updating the zip code problem. I contacted them throughout the ordeal, most contact with no answer from them at all. When there has been contact, no apology for their mistake, no refund, and they told me to contact ****. I asked for a refund because the second time the package went out they knew it had an address problem and they didnt contact me to correct it and didnt correct it with I information I provided to them on my own. I contacted them, again. They redirected me, again, to **** as **** delivered said package to a business/building in a similar zip code (left at front desk, it said). I have contacted **** to try to remedy the delivery situation and **** has been trying to contact the company I bought the product from to discuss the issue and received no call back or contact of any kind. But the fact remains that the company sent it to the incorrect zip code a second time due to them not confirming a package address that was returned with an address issue. Well I placed my order on Sept 11th and still have not received it. I've messaged them hundred times no response called them everyday no response and don't answer phone calls
