      Total 0!!! Ordered items on 5/07/25. I have left so many messages, email and text it is a total waste!!!! I want my money back. SCAM FOR SURE

      Never received the items that I ordered. They charged my credit card. Per tracking info label was created but never shipped. Called and left 2 message on phone and 1 message on my account. Never answered me. Had to dispute the credit card charge.

      Id rather give 0 stars if that were possible. Placed an order on 11/11/24. Email received 11/16/24 stating order was in fulfillment. No further communication. I emailed twice and called once leaving a voicemail. No response. Opened payment dispute with ****** on 11/26/24 and will be refunded. The owner doesnt care and just hopes people wont ask for money back. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.

      I ordered olive oil from this company on Oct. 2, 2024 and did not receive it until Oct. 21, 2024. They sent me the wrong product (wasn't what I ordered). I emailed them and tried to call them several times and they never returned email or phone call. I went thru ****** and explained that I wanted to return the product and wanted a refund. After 2 weeks they got back to ****** and said they would give me a refund after I returned product at my own cost. The product (7 bottles) was very heavy and after checking, found out that it would cost me around $20.00 to ship back. I explained to ****** that I shouldn't have to pay return shipping, since they sent me the wrong product. ****** did nothing to help me, so I won't be using either company again. They don't deserve even a one star.

      Like many other reviewers here, I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago on Oct 24th. My order was moved to 'awaiting fulfillment' status on Oct. 29 and has not shipped yet or had any update. I just emailed them and did the contact us form, but based on other customer reviews I'm not expecting a response. I will give them until tomorrow to refund my order then I'll try disputing the charges with my credit card company. The business really seems like a big scam and should be looked into by the state of PA attorney general's office. Way too many people being taking advantage of and stolen from. 1 star rating is too generous, should be negative 5.

      If I could give this company a negative star I would! It has been over 30 days since I placed this order. It was placed 8/21 When I contacted them they said it was placed 8/31. They do not answer messages or phone calls. As of today 9/22 I have yet to receive my items. I am contacting my bank to dispute these charges. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

      I placed an order on July 18 for 7 bags of licorice. They advised it would ship by July 22nd. No order arrived. On July 27th received an email stating "Awaiting Shipment". My credit card was charged. Still no order received. Sent an email with order number asking for status ... no response. Aug 23 called and got standard message all lines busy. Left a voice message with all info ... said they would return calls within 24 hours. No return call. Got email on Aug 25 saying order being shipped and gave a tracking number. FINALLY on Aug 29 the order arrived! Never order there again ... ****** learned!

      On May 7, 2024 I ordered 4 bottles of salad dressing. They charged my credit card immediately for $27.26. On 5/11/2024 I received an email stating the order was awaiting fulfillment. It is now 8/27 and I have not received anything. I have emailed twice and received an automatic reply on 8/13. My first email had no response at all. I want my card refunded as I stated in my email. What a joke this place is! It should be shut down and all assets, if any, should be sold. Unfilled orders should be credited back to innocent buyers. Any money left should be donated to worthy charities such as St Judes etc. **** P
