      On 1/18/2023 I ordered two jars of ********************* Sugar Peach Jams and Sugar blueberrie jam. I have not heard from these people. My order # is ******. I have continually called them. I keep receiving the same voicemail response, "All representatives are helping other customers, please leave your name and item number." Today is 1/29/2023, still no response. I had even forwarded messages on their page; 1/23, 1/24, and 1/29. It mentioned on 1/23/24 it was packing. I requested my money to be refunded. I called today, 1/29/2024, the same message. I didn't realized until I read the responses from previous customers that something is definitely wrong with this business. If I had seen these messages beforehand, I would not had ordered from them. My question, how can this business be shut dow??

      I placed an order with Kitch'n (Michaels Closet) on 12/19/23. It was for 6 ****** items. Small items. It is now January 23, 2024 and I do not have my items. I have messaged them repeatedly on their website. I have called them repeatedly but no one actually answers. It goes straight to VM. After many complaints they printed a shipping label for my items so they could change the status on their website to "shipped". Unfortunately, all they did was create the label. They never actually gave the package to **** to be shipped. I am still calling and emailing them everyday at this point with no resolution. My order total was $40.24. I would like a refund ASAP from them! I will order the items from another company. My question is for you BBB. I see all the complaints on here about this business. Why have you not done something to stop this company from scamming hard working people out of their money? It may only be $40 but in this economy we need our funds or at the very least the products we ordered. Order#******

      I placed my order in November 2023. It said it was shipped a few days later but it never arrived. I have now emailed the company 3 times with no response and it is January 2024. This is ridiculous. I either want a refund or for my items to be re-shipped.

      i placed an order 9 days ago, i contacted the company last night and have called multiple times today (7) trying to get ahold of someone there. i wanted to add to my order but the address listed is not real. something's not right with this

      Purchased holiday candy Dec 10, 2023 with delivery before Christmas. Haven't received items. Business not responding to calls or emails.       I purchased 3items paid with my credit card on December 14th and have heard from them that my order is awaiting fulfillment, but as of Today December 20th I call left messages and never heard from them.

      Date of purchase: 7/15/23 Item purchased 2 bottles PURE Horseradish NEVER RECEIVED YET. Was getting emails asking how satisfied I was with the product. on 9/1/23 found their address & wrote a letter advising not received & if I didn't hear from them soon, would contact the BBB in their area & file a complaint. It was not the amount that bothered me, but the fact I paid for the order & never received it. Not sure what else I could have done about it. If BBB can assist, it would be most appreciated.       I have continued to try to contact them and have recieved no response . It's been 10 days and order has not been fulfilled or shipped
