      I placed an order, while I received part there was no communication that the order would be short despite being charged full amount. I attempted to contact the company and failed to get a reply. They owe me 9 bottles of soda. Order number was ****** ordered on April 24th.

      Order placed on 3/28. Items were paid for. I was provided a tracking number on 3/31, but the items do not show as ever being given to ***** They created a label but that's it. They do not reply to emails or messages. I have left 3 voicemails and sent 4 emails.

      I brought 3, 34 oz jars of **** and **** Pickled Sliced Salad Beets in February 2024. They arrived to my home March 2024 damaged. They were not packaged properly so glass and juice was everywhere when my mailman brought it to my door. I reached out to Kitch'n and I have not heard from them. I either want a replacement or my money returned to me.

      I ordered four (4) 32oz. jars of Amish Wedding Peach Halves on 2/27/24.The items I received were NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I ordered. I received the following on 3/6/24:One (1) 14.5oz jar Hot Peach Salsa,One (1) 17oz jar Million Dollar Pickles,One (1) 18oz jar Peach Pineapple Jam.There was no fourth item.I emailed the company requesting a full refund in the amount of $37.59 since their website says I cannot return perishable items. I received an automated email saying they were very busy and that I should not expect a response for at least 3 days. I am worried I will never get my refund.My order number is ******.

      On 11/29 I placed an order for several items totaling $77.06. It finally arrived a few. days before Christmas. One jar was broken and leaked sticky juice. I got the other items cleaned up. Realized I was missing another 3 items. I have sent numerous emails and got one promise weeks ago for a full refund in hours. Nothing came. They will not answer the phone number listed. I have left numerous messages. They refuse to answer emails. They owe me $22.83 including tax. I know this isnt very much money, but to a widow surviving on SS, it is a considerable amount. Please help me.

      I ordered 3 # of chocolate Jan 25. On Jan 29 I received email they are preparing. Since then I have left 4 phone messages an 2 emailsstill nothing. Never responded to any !!! I want them to credit the credit card back. I needed this chocolate for Feb 14

      I ordered a product from Kitch'n (website) on 12/23/2023. I emailed them multiple times since then when I noticed my order wasn't shipped. I asked for a refund multiple times, and they "reassured" me they were "working on it." It is now 2/14/2024, and according to the website under "my account," I don't have any orders, while they still have my money.

      I placed an order with this company on 1/3/2024. The amount of $20.52 was charged to me through PayPal. Since then, I've received no product, no notice of shipment, and can not get a response from the company despite requesting update. I have tried calling and can not get an answer or leave a message. I am seeking either the products I ordered or refund ASAP.
