      Placed an order 8/8/2024 - says label has been printed but still no shipment 3 weeks later - no answer from seller.

      I ordered over $77. worth of items on July 12. They immediately took money out of my debit account. I have left multiple voicemails with NO RESPONSE. I have emailed them with NO RESPONSE. I cannot contact them because The app won't let me create a account. I am Sooooooo sorry that I didn't read the reviews. They are a total Sham,with no business integrity. I am a 75 year old disabled lady who lives on Social Security and only can order items to be delivered. PLEASE HELP ????

      I ordered 3 boxes of seasoning on June 20, 2024. Here we are at July 17th & I STILL havent received our seasonings. I paid the money owed at the time of the order. I called 3 days ago & nobody answered, so I left a voicemail with my info & was told that a representative would contact me within 24 hrs. This has been the longest 24 hrs of my life because nobody has yet to call me. I just want our seasonings or our money back! Where is being shipped from? The moon?

      Placed order 6 days ago and called yesterday to get an update. Just got the "all our representatives are busy" message twice. No call back, so I checked customer reviews on ****** and ******************** (wish I did it first). Everyone was 1 star and said the company is a scam. I called my credit card company and the charge was still pending, so I flagged it for dispute. Credit card rep said there was no contact phone number on the charge, so unlikely Kitch'n will dispute it. Also unlikely they would have shipped either. Hey, maybe if I do get what I ordered I'll give them their first 2 star rating.

      Purchased items on June 13th. No update on my order. Call there number yesterday which stated 24 hour call back, still no call. I would not recommend any one doing business with this company. Do I have to give them any stars??

      Placed order and it took them several weeks to fill, deleting products( claimed unavailable )as the time passed. When I did receive my package, one item was destroyed and contents emptied out into the box. Also one product paid for was missing. I emailed them asking to be credited for the missing item and the item destroyed and inedible. No word yet....

      This business is selling products that they are not authorized to sell. Their ability to safely store the products they sell is unproven and they will not return phone calls or emails. This business needs to be shut down!
