      Ordered items on 5/8, have not received my order! Credit card charged. Have tried calling number no response to message. This company is a scam!! Do not order anything online from them. They take your money and don’t ship the items you paid for. It should not take 20 days to receive!! No further communication from company in reference to order!!!

      If I could give zero stars, I would. I accidentally ordered New Hope Mills products from Kitch’n, instead of directly from the company. From the company, I would normally receive within a week.

      From Kitch’n, I ordered on May 3rd, my credit card was charged May 13th, I was sent a USPS tracking number on May 17th. The package arrived May 25th and was delivered by UPS, not USPS. The tracking number showed that the package had not arrived at USPS.

      I had also stated on a web form that the order should be canceled, well before it was sent. Overall, terrible service. Don’t be tricked by the Google search which brings them up.

      Terrible all around. I placed an order on December 17, 2022 and it did not update for two weeks. I have contacted the company about the product several times and they tell me it has shipped. They told me to contact USPS for more information on why my order is "late." That is their job; not mine! Of course no one ever answers when I call. I would never recommend them to anyone. At this point I don't care about what I ordered, but I want my money back!

      This place is definitely a scam. I placed an order on December 15. The next day I got an email that said it would ship soon, and it gave me a tracking number. Days, then weeks went by with nothing. No movement on the package at all. I tried to use the contact form on the website on two separate occasions, with no response. I called and it went to voicemail. It said you could text, so I did that. I received a response hours later. I it was barely apologetic and still gave no explanation as to what was going on. I was told the operations manager was notified to ship the package that day. It has been over 24 hours, and the tracking number shows the package has still not shipped.
      Obviously with my experience and reading all of these others, this company is a fraud. Don’t waste your time!

      Ordered a single small item and only received it 25 days later.
      I seem to have fared better than other people. My order was only updated as "shipped" about 17 days after placing it, and 8 days seems a long time even for US mail.
      Don't buy anything from this business. Very, very bad.

      When I finally get my order that is if I get my order? I will never buy from them again. I know never say never but I think I might be safe here! Lousy!!!!!!! Company. They do not ever answer the phone! Never return their messages! Never answer there e-mails they do not even answer their own contact forms!!!!! I simply cannot understand any place like this! Sorry for the rant! Would love to give it to one them in person! But not to happen I could not be so lucky. You have been warned!!! Good luck.
