      Wish I could leave this feedback with no starts but that is not an option.Ordered in November 27, 2023 Order number ****** Never received my order after calling and emailing a handful of times. Today is May 23, 2024 Don't order from ***************************************

      Absolute worst company to deal with. First time I ordered the time to process my order was slow but I at least got my order in about 2 weeks. I was hesitant to order again but they were the only place I could purchase some items so I tried again. Over $80 order and still NOTHING 2 months later. I have called over a dozen times and never once got someone to answer a phone, or return the message left. I have emailed directly through their website and from my personal email so many times I cannot count, and nothing. I got a response via email once apologizing for the delay and was told no need to request my refund because their warehouse manager was handling the order, that was a month ago and its been absolute radio silence since. I have actually requested a charge back from my credit card company, but its been so long I doubt that will do me any good. Is it possible to tag them as a scam so credit card companies flag all purchased through them in order to warn people?

      These people associated with this company(office personnel)are absolutely the worst in the business, sent wrong items, WON'T return emails or phone calls,I been scammed ya'll, dang jerks,I highly recommend NOT ordering ANYTHING form these A'holes......

      Extremely long delay from ordering through to alleged shipping:
      USPS tracking number shows USPS never received order, can't tell if order was shipped as it was never received by USPS.
      customer service lines: Messages left, none returned.
      e-mail sent on company communication form ----> never answered.
      multiple attempts to reach customer service - no luck
      must assume $90.00 was wasted.
      will NEVER order from KITCH'N again ...
      Think I'll communicate with Penn. Attorney General's office - seems as though there are many similar complaints.

      I, too, have been scammed! Order placed November still hasn't been filled although they followed through with my debit card and charged me the full amount. Status shows as "preparing". Buyer beware. Can I leave a -0 star??

      Placed an order on 12/1, never received my items or even an update. Couldn't get tracking info on the website. Sent 3 messages and a voicemail, still nothing. Had to dispute the charges with my bank, fill out paperwork. They finally replied when I said I was filing a complaint with the BBB and my bank. STILL didn't send my items! 3 weeks later, and hours spent on this, they refunded my money. All this for some damn pancake mix!

      Awful company. I ordered a product and had to e-mail them several times about the order. The responses were automatic and when I did receive my order it was a totally different product then I ordered and paid for.

      E-mail them the information and they told me they would ship the correct product, which I doubt they have. It took 4 weeks for me to find out about the order, another week to ship and in the end they did a bait and switch. The phone number listed is never answered and no one returns the call. They take your payment and if you're lucky you will get something, but not what you ordered and trying to get a refund is out of the question. Would not recommend anyone order from them.

      Terrible. Only bought one small thing. Can not reach anyone by phone. Left several messages. Received an automated email saying package would ship after payment but payment was processed the moment I bought item. Overall just terrible. Assuming I will never receive product.
