      their customer service is top notch. I had a bag of ripped dog food that arrived, and they immediately gave me a full refund. I have been using their AutoShip for several years. They are very responsive and always have my delivery on time. I highly recommend Pet Flow for your pet needs. Very satisfied.

      Customer ********************** is great to work with, very quick response if something needs to be addressed. Auto ship arrives on time and if for any reason there will be a delay they let you know.

      Most wonderful customer ************************ think this company is great. You can tell they really understand and care about fellow pet parents. We lost our last dog, Punkin, a couple of weeks ago. We didnt expect her to go so soon, and had ordered way too much food. PetFlow was kind enough to take the unopened items back. When we eventually get another dog, well be setting up autoships with ******* again.

      This company will not let you cancel autoships without getting in touch with someone, it is unethical. ****** doesn't make you have to do this. I have now twice had to login to cancel an autoship order, only to have the option to "pause" it and return to it a later. I shouldn't have to jump through hops to cancel autoship.

      Up until now I have been satisfied with Petflow as they have been the only company that has the dog food we feed our dogs in stock. Due to me having brain surgery, which ultimately led up to me having to quit my job I had at the time, and my husband getting hurt at work and having to fight workers comp, created a financial hardship on us when our savings ran out. In order to keep getting the expensive dog food, needed for 1 of our dogs due to allergies, at the lower price I kept the auto ship. Until Monday, 9/30/2024, I didn't know an order wasn't canceled as it was supposed to be and it processed, this was after I went online on their website and "updated" my card to have the next order processed to get 1 bag of food. Then I get an email on Monday night saying an order has processed. When I checked, there was another charge in my debit card and this was due another order. So I send an email to petflow as it was after hours. I got an email from someone with petflow saying this was from the auto ship order on 9/18 that didn't go through and she was "sorry the notifications went unnoticed". No they don't go unnoticed, I had to reach out on 9/18 (because I try to remember to keep my debit card locked for reasons like this) and the order was supposed to be canceled and a new one placed. She also said in the email she put in to the shipper to return it, but they have it scheduled to deliver tomorrow!! Then I wake up to a notification where petflow tried to process another payment for another old auto ship order!! Customers are not able to cancel an order they have to call and have them do it. We cannot update the order to reprocess with a payment we have to call!! I have screenshots of anyone wants to see them!! I can't even cancel the auto ship on my own!! Do better petflow!! An email saying you're "sorry for any inconvenience this had caused" is not going to fix the situation!!
