      I purchased a 90-day Enhanced Protection Plan from Veterans Auto Warranty as part of my vehicle purchase. During the coverage period, the rear A/C lines on my 2017 Chevrolet Traverse ** failed. This caused the entire A/C system to stop working. The repair was completed on June 16, 2025 well within the warranty window.While their contract lists various A/C components as covered (including the compressor and condenser), they denied my entire claim after a brief phone call and have refused to communicate about it in writing since. I made several written requests asking only for labor reimbursement, which is tied to restoring a covered system and is not excluded in the contract.They continue to dodge written communication, despite denying the claim in writing once already. This shows a pattern of stalling, bad faith, and avoiding accountability.I am requesting $859.03 in reimbursement for the labor portion of the repair. I have all documentation, including the contract, invoices, and message history.

      I called to see how to process a claim before starting anything, as I know there are many steps. They were very nice. When I called back to file the claim they immediately had an excuse not to pay. I guess I didnt read the full contract, that is why I called in the first place! Then as I wanted them to just say they didnt tell me everything they kept saying they werent there to hold my hand! They really have been of no help to me. Not worth the time or the money.

      This company is going to take your money and leave you stranded when you need them. The perfect example of a con artist. I dont understand how dealers are allowed to sell this product to customers. Its not right. I just got robbed legally. Im praying my review helps someone out there to not get hurt by this company. BBB doesnt even consider them worthy of being called a company.

      When something goes bad, they'll be a reason they won't cover it. The 'list' of things they cover will be everything except what you need, and if it is shown, they'll try to prove that it was the customer's fault the part went bad. Don't bother getting this, save the money you would use on this and put it aside for repairs instead.

      5 months after I bought my car and have this warranty, I started to constantly have to fill it up with oil. Needed a valve head gasket ( GASKETS CLEARLY SHOWED AS COVERED, but they REFUSED for a HOUR with the shop and kept talking nonsense with them. USELESS company. Dont bother with warrantys

      This is the worst auto warrenty company I have ever dealt with. To get a hold of an adjuster takes for ever. They try to dispute every claim by sending out an adjuster which takes even longer to get your car fixed. When I spoke to a supervisor about all this she kept over taking me. They wont reimburse you for a car rental if the labor is less than 8 hours. I will NEVER be using this company again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

      Reviews are written by people who had a bad experience. I’m sure Veterans would love for all the people who had a good experience write a review and they don’t. So, I will! Imagine if our children wrote a bad review every time we parents made them mad. People you need to read your contract and understand what you purchased! So, here’s my review: We purchased a used vehicle with a warranty for our son. On his way back home for spring break the check engine light came on. He made it home and we took it to the mechanic that evening. The mechanic called in the claim the next day, spoke to and adjuster. They explained the inspection process etc. inspector came out looked at the vehicle and it was an internal failure of the engine and fixed the vehicle. No hassle, no issues! Star and her manager Stacy were great to deal with. Thank you Veterans for keeping my son safe and back on the road!!!

      Best. Company to work with, had my vehicle up and running before the holiday weekend. My policy is very clear and I read it before hand. I knew what to expect when my job was completed. Great company to work with!!!

      They're good people and we get no hassle whenever I have a claim. I had a claim for my transmission and Veterans took care of it. They're the real deal. I have already got a few of my family members signed up with them.
