      The worst company I ever dealt with. My 2005 Monte Carlo developed an Intake manifold leak and they would only pay for part of the repair. Then the brake line failed and they would not cover anything. Then the transmission failed and they only covered part of the repair. They say they only cover up to the value of the car so they paid me $1400 but the book value of the car was $2600. What a coincidence that I paid $1400 for the contract. Stay away from this company unless you want to get cheated.

      I am a US veteran. I purchased a vehicle from PA and was driving home to Missouri. During the trip home it developed a major oil leak. A mechanic told me it had a cracked harmonic balancer which caused the leak. I was three states from home. I had to rent a car to drive the rest of the way home. I called the “veterans” auto warranty and informed them. Their warranty states that harmonic balancer is covered. They refused to cover that repair. They said I had it installed before their inspector could inspect it. The warranty service didn’t even have an inspector in that area and didn’t get one to the mechanics shop until days later. Stacie from veterans warranty was very rude. I asked her for a copy of the inspectors notes. She said I could have them if I went to court. I stated I paid for the warranty so shouldn’t that include a mechanics report? No she said. I told her I was ashamed of her and her company. They are not a company of “veterans” I have ever known or would ever share a foxhole with. Hopefully Stacie or none of the board members ever run for office or the country will continue on its road to failure and mistrust by the American people. Shameful, insidious behavior misrepresenting, disgracing and riding on the coat tails of an honored name of the word veteran.

      This warranty is terrible! my turbo on my hyaundi went and i havet had the car for long, the dealership is saying its the turbo and vetrans warranty is saying its not! its been two months and the dealership said there is nothing else we can do for you , we have other hyaundis and there turbo dosent look like or do this, the warrany dosent want to pay to fix it, so now i have a bill and a vehicle i cant drive!!! Im in nursing school and live an hour away from my current job and school! Im an honest person and a hard worker and its shocking they do this to people!!!

      I highly recommend Veterans Auto Warranty! I’ve been working exclusively with Anthony who has been extremely helpful & supportive.
      From the moment I had an issue to the resolution, Anthony was there every step of the way. Anthony even followed up with me to make sure all my issues were resolved
      The amount of effort and time he put into helping me is unbelievable!
      The customer service quality is truly exceptional. Anthony feels more like a family member who is looking out for you than someone who is just there to do a job.
      Veterans Auto warranty’s team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I’m happy to have them as my warranty company.

      If I could give them zero stars, it would be too kind. Veterans Auto warranty is a scam. You pay them, but when something is supposed to be covered, they refuse to pay your mechanic. They blame you for not taking care of your vehicle. Complete garbage company. DO NOT USE Veterans Auto Warranty. NOTICE- They are Not BBB accredited. Tells you all you need to know.

      is the WORST auto warranty everrrrr!!!!
      Purchase my vehicle from Select Auto Cars, which they use Veterans Auto Warranty,
      I have put two claims in for different issues I know I don't have bumper to bumper coverage but both times they denied both claims. First issue was they told me the issue was emissions that they donot cover, second was the radiator broke and states that the oil cooler caused it and since the oil cooler IS NOT COVERED then the radiator IS NOT COVERED. Spoke to a manager name Stacey who want to Quote me policy and procedures and said its the way the shop called in the claim. I told her it seems as though this company DO NOT want to come out their pockets for anything and keep denying claims. I see why they have terrible reviews, should of looked at the reviews beforehand.
      I would not recommend Veterans Auto Warranty to no one. I would give them ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!

      The whole point of buying a warranty is that if something happens they should help with the cost of getting it fixed. I noticed my coolant was very low after looking further saw it was leaking. Brought it into local shop they waited 3 hours before getting a call back from VAW to say they don't cover hoses one of the cheapest things on cars and they don't cover it so they covered nothing for the repairs and cost me $468.00 out of pocket. Not sure why I paid 2k for a warranty if they cover nothing. I would have given a 0 star if I could this company is just a SCAM. STAY AWAY. I hope this helps someone not waste your money on this place.

      Guys save your money!!! I speak for the consumers.DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY !!! BEWARE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS !!. Take it from me I am not a customer I Am a mechanic and watched this company take advantage of their customers. And it’s sickening to me that’s why I’m writing this review. I hope it helps all you people out there. And I mean it clearly states in the warranty what’s covered, and they do everything it their power not to pay out or pay as little as possible!!! Think about it the less they pay out the more they keep. This is 100 % true, plus they know people wont take them to court because of the money and time the process takes to go to court. STAY AWAY FROM VETERANS AUTO WARRATY INC. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID !!!!
