Im thinking this is a scam site. I ordered a fridge door shelf (beko) They sent me an order confirmation and est delivery date of Aug. ***** it is now Sept 3rd.. *** tried emailing with no response and also tried calling during business hours and no answer.. also I looked up their address on ****** maps and the building looks like an empty decrepit warehouse. Also I read into some forums and it sounds like a lot of people are in the same place Im in.. Please shut theses guys down and save some people the headache of thisIBSpot.com

I am really upset because I wanted to get a car for my sons birthday. They said they would ship it. It just cost more for the shipping because I live in ***** ******. Its a small island in ****** that its expensive to get things shipped. but they said if I paid extra shipping, they would get here. It was supposed to be here on 22 July. It hasnt even been shipped yet. I am so sad because that was my sons gift. It was a red riding car and it was going to be the perfect gift. I am really upset if they had told me sooner I wouldve had another gift for him, but his birthday is on the 24th.IBSpot.com

What a disaster! I waited 2 weeks, they sent me the wrong product, they dont answered phone calls, they sent me a return label late, only after 3 or 4 emails complaining. I had to spend my money in printing the label and packaging at the **** store to return it. For a $27 dollar product, I spent $5 returning the wrong one that they sent me and never got the right one. I havent been refunded yet. Are they going to refund me ever?Its been 3 weeks already, have to buy from another company and wait for the product again. Plus the time to go the post office in wait in line to ship the wrong product back to them, which defeats the whole purpose of buying online. Never again. Ibspot if the worse. They just made me spend my time and money on their mistakes and never got anything for it. Live and learn. With this people, never again.IBSpot.com

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a bottle of hard to find perfume at a decent price. Item was supposedly shipped within 24 hours but 2 weeks later and multiple emails to the company, I still don't have my order. I finally contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. Don't bother ordering from this outfit. They will take your money, create a fake shipping label and spend 2 weeks trying to convince you they actually are shipping your product.IBSpot.com

This company is selling a supplement/vitamin. The price was $49.87 for 3 bottles, they sent me only one. I've been asking for refund for THE 2 MISSING BOTTLES for several days, they are telling me that the ad was a problem. Give me the refund!DON'T EVER TRY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Isbot charged me $54.59 for an item that the packing slip stated was $29.99. I emailed them with a picture of the packing slip. Two weeks have gone by with no response, even when I emailed them again with a reminder. I cannot recommend this company; they are not responsive. No stars.IBSpot.com

There was a technical issue when the packing slip were printed. It does not contain the right prices which caused the confusion. We have explained this to other customers who reached out to us. Also, we reached out to customer as this is not a returnable item, which was shown on our return & refund policy that is visible before the cx purchase. I have checked on our end and no email was sent sending a photo of the packing slip mentioned.IBSpot.com

We have a business on Amazon. The Ibspot used the content (images and text) from our product pages and have those products featured on their website. We run a business selling products via our website and Amazon.Ibspot clearly scrapped the content (images and text) from our product pages and have those products featured on their website. They are also running ****** ads featuring our products, with links to their website. They also have designated a price point that is much higher than what we are selling our products for, so they are clearly over charging customers for a product that should cost much less. A best educated guess is they receive an order from their website for our products, and then buy that product on Amazon at a much lower price, and then have that product delivered directly to the person via Amazon.This is an infringement on our Trademark and our copyright, and potential puts our Buy Box wins on Amazon at risk.This leech of a company should be shut down.IBSpot.com
