    We finally decided to replace the tub/shower in my father-in-law's end of the house with a step-in shower to make it easier and safer for him. The sales agent, ****, came to assess our layout and make recommendations. He was very professional and friendly and gave us several options. When we said we were under time constraints and needed it ASAP, he called his office and checked on availability to allow us to get it as soon as possible. We selected it and he was able to schedule an installation within a short period of time. On the day of installation, the team arrived promptly, did an assessment, and began work right away. They were professional, and efficient and kept disruption to a minimum (even putting mats down to prevent tracked dust and debris). Within a few hours, they had completed the job and removed all debris, rendering the bathroom spotless. We let everything set for a day (as instructed) and the next day (and since, my father-in-law has enjoyed a safe and comfortable shower, and my wife and I are so happy that the installed grab bars and shower design reduced the chances of him slipping and falling! We were also happy that they called after the job was completed to check on our satisfaction! Everyone was highly professional, courteous and helpful and the materials used are high quality and meet the requirements.Thanks Bath Fitter of Erie

    We had a shower install in December 2022 to replace the original combination tub/shower. We had the install for safety issues since my husband and I are senior citizens. From the sales call to scheduling the install to the actual install, it was professionalism all the way. The installers did an excellent job and the only evidence they were even there was the new shower; everything was cleaned impeccably before they left our home. Great job, Bath Fitters of ****, **!

    I had a very positive experience with Bath Fitter in November of 2022. I have to admit that as a recently divorced lady I was very nervous about making the decisions and investments by myself for the necessary updates into my 140 year old farmhouse. I found the process to be simple . It was easy to schedule an appointment and I found that every aspect from the design, manufacturing, installation, and financials were throughly explained. Before the installation I was sent literature and instructions and received phone calls to ensure that I was prepared and to answer any remaining questions.The gentlemen who installed the tub/shower were professional, helpful, and beyond polite. They protected the floors, cleaned up thoroughly, and educated me completely on the use and maintenance of my new shower/tub. This was a great experience and Im so glad that I went this route.

    Fantastic!. From the initial consultation, then measuring, and finally, the actual installation, it was a "seamless (pun intended) process.After the installation, they made sure to explain the cleaning process and upkeep. Highly recommended. Our tub was original from ****, with side walls replaced with cheap vinyl and newer faucets.Don't stress and try to do it yourself or pay someone to do something you might not like or have to pay lots of $$.

    We had the most wonderful experience with Bath Fitters, of Erie Pa, this summer. We live in a 100 year old house and had our old tub removed and a shower put in. Bath Fitters ran into some problems with our old plumbing. Fortunately we had an experienced crew. I highly recommend Bath Fitters……of Erie, Pa. ****** ******* ***** **

    We had our disgusting old tub replaced with a Bath Fitter shower! When the guys removed the tub they corrected some of the plumbing. The initial visit with the salesman was great. Then with the shower doors we had put on it was perfection. Thank you, Bath Fitter of Erie.

    Bath Fitter removed our old shower casing and replaced it with a new one. It's the best shower we've ever experienced, and we're picky people. I look forward to taking a shower every day. The new shower is very roomy, the floor has a slight cushion feel to it, there are no leaks, it was perfectly caulked, and even matches our older bathroom decore. I can't believe they did this work in less than one day (ripped out old, put in new, caulked, trim perfectly cut, edging perfect, doors slide with great ease, everything level and plumb). The corner tower unit is really nice, with a nice foot pedal. I'll recommend Bath Fitter everyone. Thank you!!

    We had Bath Fitter remove our tub/shower and replace it with a walk in shower. On a scale of 1-10 we would give Bath Fitter a 10+ A great experience from the first call to the visit with the salesman and then the instillation.. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. just as they had been in our daughter's home, our son's home and our grandson's home. Bath Fitter had been recommended to us and we highly recommend them as well
