    **************** is HORRIBLE.I bought: ******************************** STRATTEC ******* Order #****** It is a 4 Button Keyless *** for a 2017 **** Mustang GT. The programming instructions on the website DO NOT WORK. The *** required programming by an ACE Hardware programmer. NorthCoast keyless does not have a customer service phone number. Email correspondence only; and I would estimate they only answer half of the emails. Their customer review webpaqe has been disable; and I could not leave a review on their website.

    I bought 2 FABs. I had them cut so I could put them in my ignition for $10.00 I followed their instruction to program them. They both worked to start my vehicle and open the door with the key. The FAB part to unlock and lock the doors remotely as well as the emergency button didn't work. I reported this to customer service. They suggested I take the keys to a locksmith. The locksmith tried to program one of them. He ran a program that ran for 10 minutes. At the end of the time the programming failed. It cost me $20.00 for the locksmith to do this. I didn't want to spend another $20.00 to try the other one. I reported the result to customer service. The only option I was given was to return the keys at my expense. I would have to eat the $30.00 loss. I can either keep the defective keys at the cost of 79.88 plus all the money I spent on trying to program and cut them or return them and lose the $30.00 plus shipping. I offered that they reimburse me for one key and I keep both faulty keys. That way I would not just throw away $30.00. Their response was that i could return the keys at my expense and eat the $30.00+ loss.

    NorthCoast Keyless gets Two Thumbs Up from me!! Bought a key fob for around $50 and my local dealership charged me $125 to program .. Works like a charm!! Thank You NorthCoast!!

    Ordered a Mercedes fob for delivery in Canada. Delivery was tracked, by the carrier, handled several times but never made it out of the US. Emailed NorthCoast Keyless and without hesitation they refunded my payment. ******** was very accommodating, customer focussed, especially since it was not their fault the fob was not delivered.

    Ordered a fob from them. *********** said it was delivered - it never arrived. I was unable to make a claim with *********** as the sender needs to initiate the claim. I told northcoast this and they stopped responding to **** just want the product I paid for!

    Even in this day and age, this woman's idea of customer service was zero. Wrong product, no support and finished up by daring me to write a bad review.

    I ordered through their website over my phone with different shipping and billing addresses. The app got it all wrong and the order was placed with the incorrect information. They blamed it on me keying the app wrong, ignoring the glaringly obvious fact that the transaction would not have processed on my card with an invalid shipping address. Their support isn't and their systems are clearly buggy. Stay away!

    one star is too much. I've tried to email about a faulty remote and they send an automated response telling how important customer service is to them, but they never follow up after. Im out $95. for a faulty remote.. BAD Company!

    The information on the website is false and misleading. It says the remote can be programmed either by one of the 3 companies listed or by the purchaser because they will send you a free programming guide. Both are false. I called all three companies. All three said they would not program the remote...after sitting on hold and waiting to talk to them for a long time. I was sent a free programming guide the day after purchase which was also a fiasco. When you click on the link to get the guide, it first takes you to another site which says you have to sign up for a free trial (with a 5 day cancellation period) in order to get the free instructions. Upon doing this, It tells you that you have signed up for a streaming TV app which has nothing to do with the key fob. Then you have to cancel that. When you click the link again, it takes you to the instructions where it tells you. "we don't have instructions for this brand of fob or vehicle" ... So no professional will program it and there are no instructions for self programing. The statements on the website are an outright lie.

    **** ******** Key fob for 2006 Dodge Viper As a Canadian customer, I am extremely pleased with the level of service, quality of the product, cost of the item and efficiency of delivery. Very satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!!!!
