      A Fraud business scam to get people to give up their rights. A business that produces absolutely nothing (how can that be business?) These pretending agents go out and BUY a debt which they think gives them the Right to come after you! It doesn't work that way people, did you sign an enforceable contact with The Tates and Asssociates? I would guess that you did'nt. Therefor if you do not have a contract with them, then the only thing they are is Mafia. Don't bother with the Validation letters, they are brothers and sisters in the same scam! This is simple! Do I have written contract with you? If the stated document is presented of the so called original, where is your signature on that? One party Can Not sell an agreement to a 3rd party WITHOUT the original signee agreeing to that, hence null and void.

      I have received multiple phone calls from Tate & Kirlin and from multiple phone numbers. I continue to block the number but they just call from another number. Now I started getting text messages, daily, and they have even called my ex-husband! I don't owe any payday loan or have any outstanding debt that has not been paid off. The calls and text messages are harassment at this point and needs to stop.

      I received a text from Tate and Kirlin 9.18.2023 addressed to a stranger named ***** who T&K are trying to collect a debt from. I'm not ***** and there's no one at my house named ***** so I can't understand why I'm receiving texts meant for ***** or how T&K decided my ph number belongs to *****. but they need to remove their heads from both their asses and NEVER CONTACT ME AGAIN. i don't , nor have I ever owed T&K ASSociates a single dime. If BBB can't do anything about them my lawyer will .

      I received a second text message to day saying I owe money, I do not owe anyone anything, I have never received notification from anyone saying I owe prior to this, this was all of a sudden.

      I received a text from numbre ************ and in the message it states, "Hi *****. Notice from Tate & Kirlin Associates, a debt collector. Call us at ************ or visit tkapay.net and use Ref # ********. Reply stop to stop SMS. Which I will be doing, but I want them to know they have the wrong person and I will not call the number listed in the text because in this day and age, you can't be too careful about scammers.

      Tate and Kirlin have called me numerous times per day without leaving a message nor will the caller speak after I answer. A letter states I owe money for a debt that is not mine and has previously been taken to court and dismissed. A lawyer for harassment is the next step I will take.

      Keep calling my number from different numbers claiming to be debt collectors trying to reach a *******************************, instructed them to stop calling and attempting to contact me and they still keep calling. They sent mail and in my reply also told them to not contact me again, and in violation of the law they keep calling.

      I received a call from Tate and Kirlin. When I answered I was first told that no one could answer my call, I did not call them, then music came on then a person. The person stated an address and asked me to confirm and I told them I would not be able to do that until they told me what their company did. They said they were a receivables management company. I told them that did not help me and I asked the question again which they then said they could not tell me anything more until I verified who I was as they could not give detailed information to a third party. They then stated a date of birth and said if I could just answer yes or no. I told them I could not until they confirmed what exactly they did. I said I was not asking them for any detailed information I simply wanted to confirm what their business was, was it a debt management company, do they provide grant monies, do they help consolidate debt or anything like that. I again was told they could not tell me anything until I confirmed who I was. I told them, they called me and if they were legitimate they would be able to give me basic information about the type of business they are and if they can not I told them to remove me from any list and to not call me again.

      Tate & Kirlin will no longer contact the consumer about this account. We are debt collection agency, if the consumer would like to discuss they can give us a call back at ************. Consumer must be advised that we do have to follow security measures before we continue with any call.
