      Hello They have been calling me at 954 647 no messages nothing. If you are legitimate company you should have no reason to not leave a message with a call back number. I am debit counseling so anyone I would owe a debt to would have to talk to them anyway. Since I work with Lawyers on a daily basis for a living I know they are breaking half a dozen laws with their methods and should stop....Now.

      Called 8 times in less than 1 minute. No messages. Seems very sketchy and suspicious.

      Called phone number provided in a text I received and individual i spoke with read off a first and last name, date of birth, phone number, and addressing without verifying who they were speaking with. Then proceeded to give last 4 digits of individuals social security number.

      Just received a text from them saying I have to login and pay the balance due, completely a SCAM, I check my credit every month, nothing is past due and I have nothing in collections.

      Got text message today 6/22/24: Message from ***************************** Assoc, a professional collections company. ************ at TrustPayNetwork.com/4CHY4M . Reply STOP to stop SMS.I dont have any debt at all, nor court summons for anything on my record. My husband is LAW ENFORCEMENT so we remain on the up and up with everything and always pay our bills and stay on top of things. They need to stop texting me before I file a police report for harassment. My new cell number I found out used to belong to someone else who apparently does NOT pay her bills, so I get tons of calls for herREAL TIRED OF IT. Please do something about these people!

      These people just messaged me out of the blue trying to get me to login to their website and pay them money for something. I have no idea what for. Very bad business. Stay away. Scam alert.

      Theyre calling me several times a day, sending letters and trying to get me to pay an amount/debt that I did not accrue. after reading all of the complaints I know they are a scam company and I refuse to communicate with them but now theyre calling my place of employment! This is harassment!

      Spoke with ************************* on 05/17/2024 and settling a debt for Smart Pay Leasing. She told me if I paid $625.46 on their only portal I would get documentation that day that payment is made online portal but if payment was taken over the phone it would take about 7 to 10 days. I asked her more than four times was she sure I was going to get the email that same day. She promised me I would. The payment was made I did not get the email and when I called they say I still have to wait 7 to 10 days.

      I have been receiving calls from several different phone numbers from Tate & Kirlin associates asking me to make payment installments on a debt with US BANK. The company told me that a collection agency couldn’t collect over the years so the bank was suing me if I don’t agree to payments. The representative told me that I owe around $3000 and can settle with paying half. I was also told this was closed in 2014 and they couldn’t give me a date of when I opened this account with US BANK. I asked if they could send me documentation so that I can see what they are speaking of and I was told they would email it to me. I never received any email for the documentation but keep receiving calls and threats of suing me for an account they have no information on and has been closed for 10yrs. I refused to agree to anything that I’m unaware of. I want the calls and messages to stop! I don’t owe any monies and have no idea what they are talking about. They did not have an updated address, instead they had an address I haven’t used in over 17-18yrs.

      After receiving calls daily for over a year, I received a letter stating a settlement amount of half. Knowing exactly what the account was for I paid the full payment of settlement. It’s been over a month since my payment has been approved on their end, yet it still shows account active and full amount due. I’ve stopped receiving calls, so I’ve emailed multiple times trying to get my account in the correct status and receive no response.
