  Scam Artists! They texted me and when goin to their website with a reference # they sent it said I owed some crazy amount from a bank I've never heard of.
  
  After researching we found the bank they CLAIMED I owed went out of business some 14 years ago. "Advanta Bank Corp" They do funding for like farms and other agriculture. I happen to live on the beach.. not a cow in site lol
  
  They Sent a text out of nowhere saying to call a number OR go to TKSPAY.NET with a case reference #.
  Law enforcement should trace them and shut them down. Complete Frauds!

  They called me said I owed $4k on a credit card and I could settle by paying $2k today. It's a bunch of B.S. I have no unsettled debts and my credit score is 820. They can go f-themselves. Told me, well you'll see. See what? I'd like this idiot to come tell me to my face. Major Scam.

  This is absolutely the biggest scumbag scam 'so-called' debt collectors... really!! They call themselves debt collectors!! They are a lot of really bad things but definitely not debt collectors. Do not talk to them, email them, nothing... they will steal your money. They are not legit in any way, shape or form.

  I am being harassed a few times daily. They are claiming I owe thousands of dollars on an account opened in 2003. I asked them to mail me what they have but they have not. They are now texting me.

  This company is stealing money from hard-working people. Complaints to the Better Business Bureau and still nothing is being done about it they said they were representing Adt. I paid an agreed amount. They said it would be resolved, but they still send me letters threatening to send to my to my credit bureau. So many complaints. This Hass to stop no one’s listening and no one’s doing anything about it

  Called twice, got the same person both times. Phone system sounds like a one person operation. Address may be a mail drop. Website https://tate-kirlin.com/ (06/09/2023), has a dead link for both dispute debt and report fraud.

  They have called multiple times, and even if I do pick up there is no response and hang up. They just sent an SMS message to my phone addressed to someone who is NOT me. I have reported their number as spam to stop receiving calls but I still receive calls. I have blocked their number but still receive calls. I do not owe any debts. I do not owe debts to them. Sick of the harassment.

  In August 2022 I paid them 200 to settle my debt. They were supposed to send a receipt needless to say but I never got it. Now they are giving me the runaround every time I call.

  The company sucks they call me about 15 to 20 times A-day Try to ignore them Because they are harassing me Then they call you Back about 10 minutes later and talk over you hang up on your face. And if you question them about their authority and if they know the laws and how many times they're supposed to call a person A-day and what time they is supposed to call in between they get frustrated and don't want to hear nothing. They call people phone and don't even know who they're calling they don't know any kind of information about the file or any attempted resolutions or any payments or nothing. They need to learn customer service skills and proper ethics for verbal conversation

  I have received many calls per week from a number of different phone numbers. It is hard to get them to even spell the name of the company they are calling from. I just called and "the person handling my case" is not available and they will call me back. I am not sure if this is from an account that I had that was charged off and is over 5 years old. I all a sudden saw this account on my credit report and my score tanked 30 points. If this is the same company that called me a couple of months ago, I indicated that I would have to call them back when I decided if I wanted to start making payments. I NEVER SAID I WOULD MAKE A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT NOR DID I GIVE THEM MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. This is more than frustrating.
