      This company exceeded my expectations. The technician, *****, was respectful, knowledgeable, neat working and wasted no time fixing my refrigerator issue. He carefully explained what he saw and what he was going to do to rectify the issues. What a pleasure. I hope that I do not have any further issues but, if I do, I know who to contact.

      This place was sent to my home for a warranty fix of my Hisense Refrigerator My compressor was the issue, so they sent a tech that suppose to know what to do but CLEARLY didnt.He came to my place and replaced it within 15 mins and told us to keep the refrigerator running for 24 hours which in 32 hours it was hotter than before and sending funny smell. I called these people and they said if they gotta send a tech out again, to pay 150 dollar out of pocket because it is a second visit for a job that is CLEARLY INCOMPLETE.PEOPLE when you read this, please stay away from them.. Do not even call them.. this review and other reviews justify their companys uselessness. This place does not stand on their work and have terrible attitudes toward work ethics. Stay away from this place.

      Great experience! Technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions in detail. Fixed the problem quickly. We would highly recommend Whitman Appliance Repair.

      We had a problem with a new fridge. Whitman Appliance Repair sent a knowledgeable tech who knew what he was doing and fixed it in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this business.

      ***** came out and quickly fixed our fridge, answered all questions, politely explained the issue and what was happening, and was very attentive and polite! Would definitely want him to come back for any future issues.

      *****, the service man, came to fix the ice maker in our 14-month-old refrigerator ... he did that in qwik order and then answered all our questions ... he informed us about the need for a new filter, showed us how to detach, and told us it needed changed every 6 months ... we were very grateful. After he left we went to ****** and purchased to filters and will change it again on McMorial Day. Very nice and informative visit.

      The service man came out to replace our icemaker. He was very polite showed me how to reset if needed. I would recommended ***** to everybody. Great job

      WHITMAN came out to service a refrigerator under warranty they technician was great, they replaced the compressor. I placed a refrigerator thermometer inside the fridge and it was supposed to be in between 32 and 42 degrees F but it would only go to *****. I called again and requested follow up service. The man from WHITMANS immediately had a attitude, I told him the fridge was only cooling from *****and i know this because I have a thermometer. He says thermometers are accurate ways to obtain refrigerator temps and i should judge it based off how long it takes milk to spoil in my fridge. They whole call he kept trying to make me push back to my request. He said even if I have a warranty if he comes out and he thinks there is nothing wrong he is charging he for the service. What I found out is if there are issues within a certain amount of time from the repair they have to come out and arnt reimbursed through the insurance company. Who ever runs this company is dishonest and doesn't stand by their works

      I live on a dairy farm and purchased a 3 year protection plan for my washing machine. The washing machine was broke and the lid would not lift. I have owned this farm for 20 years and had numerous washers and dryers that have been serviced and repaired by numerous other repair places including the current broken washer. ***** must contract with Whitman Appliance Repair for their protection plans which is an hour from our farm. I made an appointment online with the scheduler which they called soon after to say they must reschedule to a later date. The washer is in a heated garage on the back of an apartment/office building. He troubleshooted and managed to get the washer open. This is a dairy farm and we wash 4 loads a day of washcloths that we clean the cow's udders with. There was some dried cow p*** on the top rim. The load of washcloths had not been fully drained and was just sitting in the tub for the last 6 days. He told me I was to clean off the p*** on the rim and empty the machine before he returned to repair the machine - he had to order the parts in. I cleaned the machine that day. The next day I received a phone call and ****** told me he would not return to the farm to service the machine because the machine had cow manure on it. He told me I had to call ***** and get another service agent to repair it his company refused! I told him the machine was already cleaned and ready for repair. He said why did I not clean it before his arrival - the washer lid was locked so there was no way to clean the cow f**** because it was under the lid on the rim! As far as ****** - I have been unable to even contact a human to discuss the claim to try and get a different repair company. I do not recommend this company to anyone - they are unprofessional and ridiculous!
