      ***** the Appliance Tech was awesome. Went above and beyond to make sure our Refrigerator was back to working. Made 2 trips to our house, and even came out early before his first appointment to make sure we had a running Refrigerator in this heat and humidity. Giving him the highest rating possible, and recommending Whitman Appliance Repair to my friends.

      Having a service contract through ****** Protection Plan, I reached out to Whitman Appliance Repair who was one of the suggested companies. From the start, Whitman's customer service was professional and courteous. Technician arrived on time, evaluated the clothes dryer concern and replaced the dryer part. The replaced part and service call were all covered under the ****** Protection Plan, no additional cost to me. Additionally, the technician completing the work was knowledgeable and respectful of my property.

      The technician who came to service our refrigerators ice maker was very courteous, quiet, and knowledgeable. He even arrived earlier than anticipated. He answered any and all questions I asked and was not in a hurry to do so. Very pleased how efficient and neat the technician waswe are confident the problem has been fixed!

      This business is great. ************* is quick and complete. We had an issue with our refrigerator and called for service. They were very responsive and gave us the ability to schedule at a time that worked for us. Their tech (*****) was very helpful in explaining everything as he did his trouble shooting and what he was doing to repair the problem. He even went so far as helping my wife to run the vacuum to remove the dust that was behind the fridge (hadn't been pulled away from the wall for a while) ***** was great and I would highly recommend Whitman Appliance Repair

      I had a great experience with ***** from Whitman Appliance Repair. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job with repairing my refrigerator. He took the time to explain how to maintain my refrigerator as well, and another thing is he was on time so I didn't have to wait around for him.

      The technician who came from Whitman, *****, was outstanding. He called to give me an estimated arrival time exactly when he said he would. He got here 5 minutes before his estimated arrival time. He was very personable, got directly to work, found the problem with my refrigerator quickly, remedied the problem, and watched with me as he explained the problem. Once he confirmed that the refrigerator was working properly he gave me some suggestions for monitoring the ice maker in the future. He then cleaned everything up better than it was when he started. And ge was finished in 20 minutes. I couldnt have been more impressed or more pleased with ***** and Whitman Appliance Repair!

      Whitman Appliance started off with great communication. I received a call from a friendly representative confirming my issue and appointment. The day of my appointment I received a call with time of arrival. The service technician, Octavio, was prompt, personable and knowledgeable. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue and was very informative. A 2-month issue was resolved in no time by Octavio from Whitman Appliance Repair. I highly recommend them based on communication and repair. Great work!

      I was very happy with the scheduling of my repair and getting a phone call verifying directions and giving me a precise arrival time as stated by the technicians gps. The gentleman was friendly and courteous and very careful with my refrigerator. He asked me questions about the problem and what had I already tried to resolve the malfunction. He cheerfully gave me the time to clean the drawers before reassembling the freezer. He made sure to show me how to reset the freezer if problem should happen again sometime in the future. He was great to work with.
