      I had to call police. They sent two threatening Hispanic men to deliver appliances.....one wearing a baclava like a terrorist who told me to shut the **** up because I asked them to lower their voices at 7:30 AM. They bounced my refrigerator in anger and did not take the old items THEN Gerhards sent them to my home a SECOND time after they were told not to and they still didn't bring all appliances in. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY ..THE NEW GENERATION OF GERHARDS ARE WOKE CREEPS

      This customer has been verbally abusive and biased towards our delivery crews, office staff and Management We are refusing any further contact with this customer due to their unwarranted threatening behavior.

      This company is by far the worst ever- I am not sure what is worse their dishonesty or incompetence We bought a washer and dryer and they totally screwed us on the delivery and any customer service was a joke

      Buyer Beware - Avoid Gerhards! We went in for their Labor Day sale and worked with ***, who steered us away from the ******* and Frigidaire fridges we were considering and recommended an ** model instead. We purchased it in full and scheduled delivery for 9/19. I called on 9/16 to confirm everything was on track, and Gerhards assured me it was.However, on 9/18, the day before delivery, we were told the fridge had been discontinued and we wouldnt be receiving it. They promised to update us with alternatives but left us hanging. Despite being without a fridge, we had to call them on 9/21 for an update. They offered us the dented floor model of the same fridge (which they oddly had parts for but not the actual fridge), with only a $40 discounta completely insulting offer given the inconvenience. Apparently this was the offer provided by ***** ******* - very disappointing considering the lack of empathy and will to making it right.After paying in full during the sale and waiting with no fridge, their lack of service is unacceptable. We had also planned to purchase a double oven but are now completely deterred from using Gerhards again. Waiting to be refunded so we can go to an alternative appliance provider.

      We went here because we thought it was a family owned business that would have better customer service than the big box stores. Unfortunately we were very wrong. Possibly the most stressful delivery experience I've ever had and I have managed properties for the past 25 years. We are still awaiting resolution for multiple damaged appliances after the stress of getting them delivered in time.

      My experience with Gerhards was great as it has been in the past. The sales staff was friendly and attentive and the delivery crew was prompt and professional and made easy work of my refrigerator delivery

      We bought both a dishwasher and refrigerator from Gerhards Malvern. The salesperson grossly misrepresented the difference between the lower Bosch model and next one up. It is obvious that neither she nor the manager had ever seen this model. She said the only difference was a plastic bottom. We wanted a single piece stainless interior (there are 2 seams that the tech only said was going to leak in a matter of time). There is no pan on the bottom (we are replacing this due to a leak so that was kind of important for us to know). Racks are flimsy, the unit smells and doesn't even get the dishes clean. I had a Bosch dishwasher previously and this is nothing like what I had. We asked to exchange and all they can say is sorry, you'll have to pay for a new one. Needless to say we cancelled our refrigerator order we didn't yet receive. They need to educate themselves about their products. She said they had no complaints which I'm sure is a big lie. I can't believe they sell this model. (100 series). we will even pay more for a higher model, but all they can say is that there is nothing wrong. We've already had installers out twice as it was installed crooked. Spray arm broke multiple times. Their own Tech said this is going to leak. I guess it's 10 years of services calls. SHAME ON YOU for not providing customer guidance. if we had known what we were getting we wouldn't have bought this. Don't shop at Gerhards. order ********

      We are sorry you feel that you had a bad experience. Our sales team would not have information regarding any complaints regarding this particular unit as only a service company or Bosch themselves would be able to answer that question. There is plenty of consumer literature and access to information online as well. With regard to service repair, you had received, Gerhard's Appliance is a retail sales location only, we are not a servicer. Factory authorized servicer on this case was FAST Appliance repair. It is our understanding however that as of 7/24/24 your issues have been resolved.

      This is very typical of every person I've spoken to at the company. No one wants to take responsibility and no one calls back. I finally spoked to the manager and she doubled down in misinformation. You are either poorly training your personal or training them to lie. I was told by both the saleswoman and the manager that the only difference between the 100 series and 300 series is the plastic bottom. I later read the product literature - I should NEVER have trusted your uninformed sales people or those that only want to make a sale - and that was not at all true. The rack system IS completely different along with a few other things. Those things are very important to us and I do not appreciate the attitude of your management saying this is our problem. You need to train your people to either say I don't know I'll check or not lie. I don't appreciate being told things that are contrary to what is in the product literature, not giving us the name of a person that could help us and not calling back when they said. I have know had FAST out for a 3rd time. And additional parts are on back order. Our issues are NOT resolved. At least I was able to cancel the order for the refrigerator.

      We are so disappointed with the service we received from Gerhard's in *******. This was for a Bosch dishwasher that DOES NOT WORK! It was installed 3 weeks ago and we are still handwashing our dishes. Gerhard's wants the dishwasher fixed rather than exchange. I can't imagine they want us to pay full price for a appliance that DOES NOT WORK. Several calls and emails have gone unanswered. Stopped at the Ardmore store and still no feedback from ************************* Order number: O0363114

      We are sorry the customer is having an issue with their new D/W. After further investigation we found that the customer self-installed the dishwasher. It was not installed by our factory authorized installers so we do have to follow the manufacture guidelines for repair.******** called in to report unit not working. Gerhard's customer service assisted in contacting and scheduling a service call with authorized factory servicer. A technician from FAST Appliance repair was scheduled and dispatched. Technician ordered a module for the unit. The part was delivered direct to the customer on 7/7/24 - Our understanding from Gerhard's ******** service agent and the Service repair company is that the customer is refusing service. Our hands are tied as Gerhard's factory authorized installer did not install the dishwasher so we do have to follow the manufacture warranty guidelines. Our customer Service manager did reach out to Bosch, they are denying an exchange as the unit is repairable. The customer should call and schedule to have the part replaced with FAST Appliance ************** ************

      Its the WORST!!!! They have come out three times to try to install our dish washer. Each time its worse. Now we cant even open it. I would never buy anything from this place. I have to touch a star to have this put in but it doesnt even rate a one star

      We apologize that you are unhappy with the installation of your dishwasher. After investigating your complaint, I found that the purchase an installation of this Dishwasher was done in March 2022 - A call came into our store May 2022 regarding an issue with the rack, we contacted a factory authorized service company, and they scheduled the customer for service. The customer canceled the service (Notes: provided by FAST APPLIANCE REPAIR) Cust, said they figured out how to put the rack back on the track) We then received another in July 2022, 5 months later. ******* Appliance dispatched a contractor back to check the install after we received that call. We did not hear from the customer for almost one year June 2023 - 2nd visit. Customer called our store again almost a year later. Gerhard's in good faith dispatched a contractor back out to the home in June 2023. We have no further record after June 2023. We apologize for the problems you are experiencing. You can certainly reach back out to a factory authorized service company or the manufacture directly.
