    I sent in a customer service agreement with Tri County Industries in September to start services the beginning of November when I purchased my house. They said they never received it and refused to send me waste cans. I sent the paperwork in 2 more times after that. It was a month before I received my cans. They did not pick up my waste the beginning of January and told me they will not be back out to pick it up until the following week. They told me to stick the extra trash in my own personal waste bins and set them on the side of the road. The following week they took my trash and disposed of my personal bin that they told me to put out with my extra trash. They said they thought my bin was also trash even though I have used that bin before when I first started services because they did not send me trash bins for the first month of service. They refused to refund or replace for my personal bin. I have decided to switch services to a different company. Now they are trying to charge me 2 quarters worth of payment for breach of contract. I have not even made it through my first month of my first quarter of the year in payments but have already paid the first quarter and they will not accept that toward one of the 2 quarters they are charging me for breach of contract.

    The service at this address was started on November 22, 2022.  We delivered 2 carts to this address.

    We did not bill him for breach of contract.  The account was closed in January 2023 & a refund check of $55 was issued to the customer.
