      Ive had nothing but very positive experiences with this company. They are professional, positive, friendly, and made certain every detail was completed to our liking. In and out in one day! I got the best price, best materials, and the best people!

      Great experience from start to finish with this team. Installation team led by Taylan and support by a host of others (**** *. ******* ******* ****** *** ****, *** and ****) made it easy for us to know what was happening over the two day installation. They showed up on time, were open to questions, they explained the various adjustments they made during installing our 22 windows and main front door. Refreshing that they cleaned up the work space, inside and out. We highly recommend this team.

      AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. I used 3 different PTO days because orders were wrong, items were not on the truck, no one followed thru. Then after all that headache I was promised some money off of the job to put towards added expense because West Shore remodels bathrooms but doesn't provide glass for glass doors. This promise came from a ******* manager promising a check for troubles but that never came. Three months later I was told the amount would come off of my loan, guess what that hasn't happened yet either. I will NEVER use them again....so dissapointing

      The installers, ****** *********** *. were on time with the allotted arrival window time. They were respectful, friendly and professional. Drop cloths on the floor to prevent floor damage. Worked diligently. Very impress with my shower that they installed and work the clean- up once the task have been completed.

      *** and ******* were on time and provided a professional installation at our home. They also addresses our questions and concerns while fully Explaining the new doors at completion time. Job well gone gentlemen.

      ***** the salesman did a very good job in knowledge of bathrooms; he was very courteous and did not trash the competition! He sold on the excellent product and service of West Shore!***** was the lead person on Installation! All I can say is wow what an excellent excellent lady for the job. ***** was also very courteous knowledgeable and explained all the details of the shower installation to us.
