      Had an issue with the caulk in our bath to shower conversion, it was turning yellow. Called West Shore and within a few days they sent out service tech **** *. He spent five hours removing the old caulk and putting in new. Outstanding job, shower looks great. He made sure we were satisfied before he left. Highly recommend him

      The Crew, Red (****), **************** were professional & efficient every minute inside & outside the house. They kept us informed often & never minded when we did random check *** on the process in action. As retired ****************** we appreciated their good manners! They became *******************

      Team came on site to replace two entry doors. The team was thorough and professional. They explained everything that they were going to do and answered all of my questions.*****, ****, and **** are a solid team and work well together.

      ******* and *** did a full bath remodel for me. They were very friendly and respectful. They have a unique work dynamic that promotes learning new techniques from one another. It was a tough demo but they remained calm and kept a steady, thorough pace. They answered ally questions and addressed my concerns. Thank you ******* and ***.

      ******** and ***** spent 10 hours today removing an old door and installing a new one. It reached 110 today and they never let that get them down, while doing a great job. We felt very comfortable with them in our home, and our dog who is afraid of everyone loved them. The screen isnt the correct one, but we are told someone will come and swap it out.

      ****** *. and ***** *. installed a fantastic shower in our master suite bathroom. Were super happy! They were on time, incredibly polite, and kept us informed throughout the process. It was a very hot day and these two professionals knocked everything out in about eight hours. Clean up was quick and they were gone before we knew it. Well worth the money and outstanding customer service from start to finish.

      ***** *. and *** *. were awesome! They kept us informed on the progress and let us see the progression as well. They also did a wonderful job of cleaning up. We love our new shower install and would recommend to family/friends.

      Job well done, I can't remember the 3 guys names, but thier customer service was excellent, they worked hard all day. They were not from ************,There was a problem with the finished wall ,that I would have to have drywall put up to make it look right, they went the extra mile and put up the drywall, something they didn't have to do. They cleaned up when they were finished with the job ?? Thank you guys for job well done ??
