      Nathan Bob, Victoria, Mike and Ivan came and did my windows and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend west shore home

      Quinn S and Dalton W did a very nice job on our walk-in shower from West Shore Home. Covered floors in path from outside to bathroom. Cleaned up well after themselves both in house and outside. They went over the care of the product and made sure we were happy with everything. And patiently answered questions during the install. Thank you both. Can't wait to try it out!!!

      As far as workmanship and quality, I'm satisfied. The crew that came out were friendly and worked nonstop until the job was done. That being said, they said that the grab bars I had talked with the salesman about weren't on the work order but they would get someone out to install them. I called and talked with the salesman Thursday and Friday and was told I should be hearing from someone that day (both days). I called Monday and talked with the installation manager, who gave me his card the week before. He said he'd personally come install the but the salesman had to put in the change order. Luckily today, I got a call from their office and they were sending a technician out to install them. The man was very nice and friendly. He made sure to ask where I wanted them and agreed to fix a couple of places where the silicone/adhesive had opened spots around the shelves. If the review was just about him it would have been 5 stars but the overall experience is 4 at the most. I'll have to admit I was skeptical as far as them following through with service afterwards, very. But the man today came through and resolved my issues.

      Beware of signing any contract with this company. The sales personnel are very shoddy, and the company will not provide you with any resolution. Their sales tactic is bait and switch.

      The Workers were very professional, courteous and polite,they was clean kept their area where they were working neat and clean.The job is 100% beautiful.I am very happy and satisfied.I will recommend them to all my friends and family.Thank You West Shore for an excellent company and very nice employees.
