    DO NOT BUY this. My van has sat for two weeks as of 07/20/24 waiting for the ok to do repairs. We have been given the runaround, been hung up on and the 1st day no one even answered the phone! They also wanted to send the dealership unknown parts to install. Keep away they are quick to take your money slow at everything else!

    Concord Auto Protect, they are scammers, I bought a warranty for my 2016 Cadillac cts, and when I needed to fix my car, in February of this year 2024 they told me to take my car to a workshop and I did so, it took them about 2 months to respond and accept the repair of my Cadillac, and they even sent an inspector to review what they had to fix and they never paid the workshop, I do not recommend it because they are liars, the workshop talked every day to get paid and they never did, we are already in July 2024 and nothing.

    The Attorney General of Pennsylvania has filed a lawsuit against this company and its owner for fraud and other crimes. If you have problems with this firm, contact the attorney generals office.

    ************* when you read the exclusions, almost everything is excluded, Called with in the 30 day period to cancel and its been 3 weeks and still no refund to my account and when I call the reps are rude and abusive when trying to get them to honor their guarantee

    This company is a fraud! Do anything and everything you can to avoid doing business with them. Any communications are diverted to fake managers, never returning calls, and empty promises. I have never had as poor a customer experience as I have had with this company.

    Absolutely a horrible company !!! They wont pay dealerships there money till they feel liking paying . Are vehicle has been done for 3 days they finally gave them some money less than 1/2 and they will pay another 1/2 in three days than another 1/2 eventually. So I can not have my vehicle till they pay in full !! If they cant pay there bills than get out of the business !!!!

    Had a claim number issued. Took my truck to the dealership . After 48 hours Concord told the dealer what they would cover. They did not agree with what I have in writing for the premium plan. Also told mechanic that they had to use rebuilt,or aftermarket parts. Service **** tried contacting Concord by. E-mail. After each attempt auto reply said We'll get back to you 24 to 48 hours. Calling my attorney after I pay for my repairs.

    Waiting for a refund since Dec. 2023. Dozens of phone calls and emails and they say it's coming but never does. I had a lawyer send a Letter of Demand to their address and it was returned to me undeliverable. They owe me $1502.

    Purchased a premium warranty to cover brakes, oil and cooling. Claims made to this company are left unresolved for weeks and once they make a decision its always denied. My family paid out of pocket for all repairs. Even if you ask for your pro rated refund it never arrives. Rude employees that refuse to help you. This has been an ongoing issue since January 2024

    I join a number of similar clients of this company in complaining that they do not offer a pro-rated refund if you sell your vehicle before the end of the policy coverage period. I was told that they could close out my relationship with them by the *** but said that I wanted to speak to the supervisor regarding my desire to speak about their policy. I was told that the supervisor was working from home that day and I would not be able to speak to him. His name was *******. I said that this was not a good practice that the supervisor could not be reached. The *** then told me that they do not prorate payouts when closing an account. He asked if I wanted to transfer the coverage over to another vehicle. I stated that I only had the one vehicle (a new car) with its own new coverage. After giving me a number for ******* he said that he would not answer my call. Then he summarily hung up the line. I called *******, left a message and have not had a return call. Thankfully, I had no need to use Concord Auto Protect for an issue the previous 4 years and 3 months so I did not have to deal with their ineptitude as noticed on many reviews of this company.
