    Run, don't walk away from this company! This company is staffed by liars and thieves.On Jan 9th 2024 I sold a vehicle that I had a service contract on. I called Concord and cancelled the contract as I am allowed to do. My cancellation entitled me to a pro rata refund which I understood. In all the months since ( it is now May 2024), after tens of calls and email and certified letters I still do not have a refund. The excuses are many and all are outright lies. I have even talked directly to the person who owns this company, **************************** All to no avail. As of May 5th 2024 I still have no refund.Do not use this business for your warranty protection unless you like getting ripped off.

    This company WILL not respond to emails, phone calls...nothing! We own 5 policies from this firm, paid in FULL. 5 weeks ago we submitted a claim. We were asked to submitt proof, diagnostics, pictures to prove our claim. Kept calling to see what the status was and got excuses constantly. The claims adjustor is only able to email, no phone calls. We would leave messages for service manager, sales manager, anyone who could get some response. Our claim is a legitimate issue that is clearly listed under our policy. The value of the claim is $6,500 for a 2019 **** Escape transmission. They finally sent an inspector and he agreed immediately the car had a problem. That was a week and a half ago and still NO RESPONCE. After 5 days i called only to be told they were waiting on inspector report. Other reviews state to contact BBB and Attorney General of PA....this place is a total FRAUD and not sure how we can get them shut down. All these policies we have paid for went to just paying for these crooks paychecks.

    Do not buy a warranty here. I have been waiting for my refund on my contract that I canceled on March 23, 2024, I was told that it would be about 30 days well it has been over 60 days , I was last call to them on 22 April 2024, I was told that my refund would be sent to me on Zelle today April 26 that did not happen these people are full of it, they're just giving me the run around and making a bunch of excuses. Definitely would not recommend getting a warranty here, I can only imagine how it would be to file a claim.

    This company acts in a fraudelent manner. I purchased an extended vehicle service warranty in August 2023. My car has been in the shop since february 29, 2024 waiting on Concord Auto Protect to authorize repairs. It took over 6 weeks to get them to send an adjuster to review the work required, only to have Concord repeatedly sent the adjuster back for various reason.Phone calls do not connect to Agent in charge. Emails now bounce back as undeliverable.

    Do NOT buy a policy from this company. I made a claim months ago and they never gave me a status. No email, no call, no regular mail. I have contacted them 7 times and am always told i will get an email THAT DAY and it never happens. Then they said the clam was denied. Then yesterday said it was approved and now today say it was denied. You can't understand the representatives and they sound half asleep. Horrible. I'm canceling my policy and stopping my auto pay.

    I bought my policy two years ago. Then sold the car. There was a $584.00 refund due and they said it could take up to a month to receive it. It has now been two abd a half months. I have called and spoken with ***** three times, ****** a few times and *******. All fake names I am sure. Each says Ill just have to wait. Its been 2.5 months and no refund. I never had a claim. FRAUD. DI NIT BIT THTS WARRANTY.

    I purchased bumper to bumper extended warranty with this company, and so far it's just been alot of push back, neglect and loop holes to not get the work done, I have had 2 service advisors at the ****** dealship getting the run around from concord, this has been one of the worst experiences, my car has been in the dealership for 4 days already with no decisions, they keep telling my advisor to call back, they even gave him a specific time to call back which was the time the closed, concord is trying to use a loop hole to try to get out of covering the required parts, which is the whole point in being covered bumper to bumper, after seeing everyone's reviews I'm so disappointed in my decision of purchasing this extended warranty.I need my my vehicle repaired as soon as possible and getting a positive response in a timely manner to remedy the issues would be great, getting the required work covered should not be this difficult.

    This company is terrible. I was sold "Bumper to Bumper." I filed one claim and they never paid there service garage a pittance of the bill: $53. I canceled the policy January 9 and am still waiting for my refund, which was to be received in 5 weeks. Today, I was told I could get my money "faster" if I would accept 4 partial payments via Paypal over 8 weeks. When I was sent an email confirmation(the first time ever), the refund amount was $300 less than promised. The amount has, supposedly, been updated to the amount promised. NEVER do business with this company! The garage told me they were the worst company they ever tried to collect from.

    Pretty straight forward when buying the new warranty plan. I did call other places and Concord Auto Protect seemed to have the best pricing for the warranty plan. Would recommend!
