    Homeowners beware…we signed with this company the beginning of July 2022 and our job still is not complete. We have had 4 different so called project managers? The first 2 no longer work for TEC. I think that says it all. Communication from this company sucks!!! We were never notified by the company that the first 2 guys no longer worked there or that they were assigning someone new to the account. We kept texting and never got a response so we called the office and they always say we will have someone get in contact. So days later someone else would call and we would ask where Derrick or Pete was and that is when they told us. We even had people show up at the house and ask us what they were there to do…REALLY!! A few weeks ago they sent us the final bill and the job isn’t even finished. The owner of this company/CEO should have personally called and apologized and made sure that we were taken care of in a timely fashion after the first guy left. There have been MANY things with the job that we have not been happy with and feel we are babysitters to the incompetent company that we are so sad we ever signed with. I am just hoping that we can spare someone else from all the time, stress and headaches that we have had from dealing with such a piss poor company!!!

    I had a great experience with TEC, after a recent hail storm I had them out to look at my roof. Jordan Herr, our project manager, was super responsive from day one and through the whole process. He advised that we contact our insurance company based on the damage he saw. Once the claim was made TEC handled almost everything with my insurance company, which saved me a ton of headache! Their crew that did the replacement also did an excellent job cleaning up! I only found 2 nails in my yard which I will admit was pretty amazing... I would highly recommend using this company!

    I had a damaged roof insurance claim. Jordan H*** from TEC was my project manager. The process from start to finish was quick and straight forward, I didn’t have to really do anything and my new roof was installed without any issues.

    We had a great experience with TEC. Tyler Hostetter, our project manager, came out and measured everything, explained the materials, and scheduled our roof replacement quickly and efficiently! The crew completed the job in one day, and the results are beautiful! I would definitely recommend Tyler and his team to all of my friends and neighbors! He made the process easy, and the results were perfect!

    I want to compliment Dave Allen and his team for replacing all 3 of our roofs that were damaged by hail. Dave worked very hard with our insurance company having to make several trips up on the roofs to send pictures to the insurance company then having to go back up on the roofs to take more pictures for the insurance company. He also spoke directly with the insurance adjuster several times to settle the claim and get all 3 roofs completely replaced. The roofs look great and we are very pleased with the roofs. I highly recommend Dave Allen and the TEC company.

    We usually dont give reviews ...Bottom line, we had a great experience with TEC! Our roof is beautiful! Brad G***** went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process, even helping us navigate the claims process with our insurance carrier which ultimately led to our entire roof being covered! The TEC crew was very prompt, professional and completed the job well in a timely manner. We highly recommend using TEC!
