  Brad Gillis was the project manager and was professional and took time to explain everything. When the team started to take off the old roof, Brad called me to explain the underlying damage that was there and sent photos so I could see the issues. The team was prompt and efficient and the whole job was completed in one day.

  Worked with me to get my roof replaced after hail damage. David C. was extremely helpful and worked with me and my insurance company, showed up when the inspection happened, stayed in communication with me constantly and was very patient. Provided opinion and recommendations on replacement of different materials. The crew worked fast and clean ensuring no waste was left around the house. The roof looks great, getting lots of compliments from neighbors. I would recommend TEC for roof replacement any time. 10/10 Customer service and 10/10 final result.

  I want to compliment the great work Dave Allen and his TEC team provided replacing my ice damaged roof. Dave took care of all the correspondence and damage claim with my insurance company. The work was completed in one day with new gutters installed. The completed job looks great without any problems. We are very satisfied with the work. I would recommend Dave and TEC to anyone who needs work done from this company.

  TEC did a great job on our roof replacement due to hail damage. Dave Allen was a pleasure to work with from estimation to completion of the project. He communicated with us through the whole process, and the crew was thorough and clean. I would recommend TEC to anybody considering roof work.

  Great company to deal with! I had roof and gutter damage due to a hail storm. TEC was working in the area and I asked for an estimate. The estimator was great to deal with and very accommodating. I was skeptical when TEC told me they would deal directly with my insurance company and handle all logistics. Much to my surprise TEC did exactly what they promised, dealt directly with my insurance company and got the job approved with no effort from me. When it came time to do the job, their crew showed up on time, was respectful, neat and thorough. The roof and gutters look fantastic and `have performed flawlessly. I was so pleased I recommended them to my son and friends.

  I just recently had my roof and some gutters replaced at my home in New Holland due to Hail damage. The project was quite extensive and required over 50sq. of roofing shingles with very steep roof lines. The Project Manager, Ken S*******. was a very knowledgeable, caring and professional individual who was "hands on" and determined to do the right job and also satisfy me in every way. I would recommend them and especially Ken to anyone.

  I had an excellent experience with The Exterior Company installing my new roof. The Sr. Project Manager (Michael L******) was very professional during the how process and ensured the entire roof installation went smoothly. The crew was very quick & efficient (installed in one day) and left the work area very clean. I would highly recommend. Thanks.

  The Exterior Company (TEC) was an excellent company with whom to do business. Their representative for our re-roofing project, Jordan Herr, was very professional, with excellent customer relations skills, was fully knowledgeable of the materials and processes required and made helpful suggestions. Jordan arranged for an insurance company inspection of the roof, provided all of the documentation they required and all of the documentation we needed for a contract. Our project was completed on schedule by a very professional and efficient crew and the clean-up was excellent. We highly recommend TEC and its representative, Jordan H***.

  Ryan Reighard and his crew did an awesome job on our project (siding/shutters/gutters) Ryan worked directly with our insurance company after the hail damage to our home savings us a lot of headaches. Clean up afterwards was done neatly and with respect to our property. I highly recommend this company for any needs you have to your home.
