    Brad G***** was AMAZING!! He was professional, explained all of our options in a clear and nonpressured manner. We are so happy with our finished product!! His team was efficient and did an excellent cleanup job our our yard after they were done. They handled all of the insurance paperwork for us as well.     We recently had our roof replaced by the TEC company. Jordan Herr was the representative who started the process for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better person. He walked us through the whole process and assisted with the Insurance company. The new roof looks great and the project was done in a timely manner. Thanks Jordan and the entire crew.

    Recently a hail storm damaged our roof, gutters and downspouts. Aaron H, Project Manager, from The Exterior Company (TEC) was there to manage our repairs from start to finish. His project management and exceptional communication skills walked us through the insurance and repair processes making us feel comfortable through a stressful situation. My thanks to Aaron and the TEC crew that replaced my roof, gutters and downspouts in a professional and quality manner.

    We reached out to TEC when our roof was
    damaged by hail. I would like to give a shout out to Aaron H. He was very easy to work with: very professional and quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. Was very thorough and patiently explained the process to us. He even went above and beyond and , on his own time, met with our insurance company adjuster.
    The roof was replaced in a timely manner. It
    took less that a month from the time we initiated a claim with our insurance company to when we got a brand new, beautiful and durable roof we
    hoping will protect our family for many years to come. Will highly recommend to reach out to Aaron in TEC for all your roofing needs !
