      Bought a $4000 3 door cooler ( new) within 3 months it started rusting in seams of metal, contacted company and they tried to say we unplugged and didn't use so it caused rust, told them it was not unplugged since it was bought, then they said it was caused by not cleaning it. One excuse after another not to repair their defective item. Bought online so I can't go complain in person so company is blowing us off blaming the customer for their generic shit they sell .

      The critical reviews below are accurate and reflect my several experiences with Webstaurant store. While product selection is phenomenal and the prices are somewhat fair, shipping prices are unreasonably high and customer service is consistently poor. Customer satisfaction is not prioritized, only company profits. I advise looking else where and use Webstaurant only as last option.

In regards to the price of shipping, since we do not absorb shipping and any applicable handling costs into our wholesale prices, we do charge the full shipping and handling charge for each order. These charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, distance the order is traveling, and any applicable handling costs. Usually, the more you purchase at one time, the better your shipping cost will be per item.       Spent $1700 on a dining room table set. Product page said "ships in 1 business day". It's been over a month, Only the table top arrived. Site updated to "Shipped and Delivered all 13 items". Customer service ghosted me during a chat. No answers. Disputing charge with credit card company. Never had an issue with them before until this purchase.

      This company is a drop shipper! They don't have inventory. They are VERY slow at shipping and their customer service is terrible!

      Buyer beware. This company sells products that can arrive defective and will make your time difficult trying to get the issue resolved. They do not have a return policy on equipment. They will send you to their sister warranty company and scam you all the way about trying to get the issue resolved. Look elsewhere if you need to purchase equipment online!

      We purchased a Bunn coffee grinder for our office, When we received it, we plugged it in and it immediately shorted out. It never worked from the beginning. We called their customer service department and they refused to accept a return, but instead referred us to the manufacturer to make a warranty claim. This was a defective product they sold to us that NEVER worked. We were trying to grind coffee not to have a logistical project. When we tried to dispute it with AMEX, Webstaurant Store brought out their small print and defeated the chargeback attempt. So now we are stuck with a non-working $900 grinder that is an electrical hazard. They say that they are a distributor so they are not responsible for if the items they sell function or not. Think twice before buying from here.

      I ordered 1,518 bottles and 2,000 caps on 3/5/2023 for a total of $785.93. The only thing good about this purchase was the price of materials(the cheapest among any other company), but it was an absolute waste of money. Their products are extremely cheap and poorly manufactured. The bottles are highly unreliable. They leak horribly, and the seal is terrible(products don’t last as long as they should). I hate to leave negative reviews, but I had no choice. Customers were complaining about the quality of the bottles. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I had to stop using the bottles, and I didn’t even get to use 1/4 of them. I had to purchase more bottles that were expensive, but they were worth it. Just wish I would’ve did that in the first place instead of wasting almost $800. Don’t even bother wasting your money these bottles. Purchase at your own risk.

      Ordered a product from them. Quantity of 5. First order was never delivered to me. It ended up somewhere else. I get it, It was Fed Ex's fault. They re-shipped and it arrived in horrible shape. They never even put it inside a box to ship. They just taped it together and sent it. When I contacted customer service with 5 pictures of the mess I got, they said "hey if the product isn't damaged well it is what is it basically". The customer service here is THE WORST. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT give them any business. Try a local supplier if you can. STAY FAR AWAY!

      Horrible customer service. I ordered "Eiffel Tower glass salt AND pepper shaker." They sent only one item(6 holes on top, presumably for salt). I called and asked them to send the other. They refused, saying the salt and pepper shakers were identical and I only paid for one item. Of course for the $22 shipping and handling fee, they could have shipped ten of them in the large box received. Terrible attitude. I now see many many awful reviews of this store. Strongly suggest you avoid them.
