      First shipment arrived with ZERO packaging, so the trays were all scratched, and the stands were bent. No peanuts, stuffing, or even paper. Emailed customer service and returning it would cost me a restocking fee (10 or 20%, can't remember), so she offered to send a replacement without returning the original. I asked how to ensure I won't receive another damaged shipment? She said all she can do is request additional packaging in the notes. I said, "it's not additional, there was ZERO packaging". Second shipment arrived exactly the same with ZERO packaging. Fortunately, the trays weren't as scratched so just keeping them to avoid costing me extra money for restocking and have nothing to show for it. VERY disappointed and will never use this company again. I've never experienced anything with zero packaging and i receive shipments almost every week from various companies around the country and no matter how big or small, everything always has some sort of packaging. I hope I'm an isolated incident, but when they're 0-2 with one customer, chances are they just don't package their products. BEWARE!

      When I ordered a refrigerator, it said 3days to get to my place of business..I know this is an estimate. One week later I contacted them and they said to call the shipping company bcos it was out of their hands...two weeks later still didn't receive the shipment, so I call the shipping company they have no shipment to be delivered. 2.5 weeks later I call Webstraunt store and they 3 way me with the shipping company. The shipping company scheduled a delivery for the next day. Guess what? Still didn't receive it. So I was frustrated and tried canceling the order, but was unable to do so...so I refused shipment. Now I'm being charged for restocking fee AND delivery...why is this my problem?
      They should've hired a dependable company to ship their products!
      For my "inconvenience" they want to offer me a $100 in-store credit..so they can keep that money in their pockets? Maybe they should discount my charges $100, bcos who wants to buy from a company that screwed ya over in the first place? I should've read these reviews first! Now I'm out over $700 and have to find a new company to get my stuff from!

      The worst company ever to deal with they don’t care about the customer their customer service representatives talk down to the consumer they’re supposed to be there for restaurants and they are not my restaurant had a cooler go down I ordered from their website it took them two days to tell me it was no longer in stock. I spoke with a representative altered the order she could not alter it, but never relayed the information to me. I had to re-order call back again. It has been a mess, I would definitely stay away from this company

      I have been a customer since 2016. Today (13-Feb-2023), the company insisted that the brown paper cups received is the same as the white paper cups ordered. The company justified that due to the statement, “Brands may vary,” they will not be replacing / refunding as white and brown cups are fundamentally the same cups.

I apologize if this was not noticed when ordering and to provide insight, we do not have a specific vendor name associated with the product. The product is sourced from a variety of vendors according to price and availability so we may both quickly and fairly accommodate your needs. We do our best in updating our site with any changes in the products and there may be instances where there is a slight variance in the look and feel of the product due to a change in vendors. However, the intended application of the product will remain the same. Looking into this specific order, a full refund was offered on 2/13 but refused.       So I received a text from" Christina B*****" about a data entry job. First she said they would send me the office equipment to my house. Five minutes later she stated that they'd be sending me a check to use to buy the stuff myself. We only communicated through text, never spoke to anyone verbally. The way this scam works is when you deposit their check into your account, the money is fraudulent and they have temporary access to your account. Doing this results in a negative balance.
      It was even weirder when they said they can only deposit into checking accounts. lol

      We are in the Restaurant business and switched to ordering 75% of our paper goods from Webstaurant since 2021. We have had a great experience so far with product expectations and delivery and overall have saved thousands of dollars compared to ordering from our previous vendors.

      Ordered a product and they shipped a different item from the picture and description they had on the website. When I tried to return the item they said the item in the image and description is just a stock image and is in no way representative of the actual item. Then refused to let me return the item without a 30% restocking fee. Beware when ordering their images do not represent the item and you never know what you will actually get.

      beware! This company lacks any appreciation of customers, and is apparently staffed by non-human robots who have no ability to understand, comprehend or remedy anything other than very simple situations that are mapped out in a procedures manusl. Total lack of consideration for a long-time five restaurants owner who has spent tens of thousands, all because of $200 in shipping overcharges because I didn't renew an expiring credit card while hospitalized comatose, on breathing machine and given a low chance of survivability. Instead of showing compassion and willingness to consider the circumstances, your company's response was not even human. All I wanted them to do was adjust the shipping charge due to a unique situation, but instead they were happy to lose a customer and cancel a large order and still lose the disputed shipping charge. I suppose they are at least happy with themselves that they "followed procedures", apparently everything else is secondary to that.

I spent tens of thousands with your company over the years, but I now understand "what have you done for us lately" is the way things operate there. Apparently there is an expectation of renewing an expiring credit card while comatose and on a breathing machine

      I purchased a new stainless steel table from the seller, WebstaurantStore, on 10/11/2022, order number ******** . I opened the shipping box on 10/22/2022 and discovered that the item had been opened previously; there were two sets of tape on the shipping carton, some had been cut and the newer ones were intact. Having opened the carton, I discovered that several parts were missing, some hex set screws, a hex wrench, and instructions and warranty card. The internal packaging had also been opened and was torn. There was also a dent in to top of the table. I contacted the seller today, 10/23/2022, via online chat. The seller refused to accept the return of the merchandise or to credit my account for the purchase. The seller said that I would have had to file a claim within 5 days of receipt. The sale of a previously opened item advertised as new merchandise qualifies as a fraudulent sale and my purchase price should have been refunded.

      This company engages in deceptive business practices. Clearly they have multiple complaints about the same issues, yet they fail to notify customers of their return policy when placing an order. No one charges restocking fees in this day and age- let alone a 30 PERCENT restocking fee. This company is unethical and has non-existent customer service. I am planning to have my attorney look into a claim against them for unfair and deceptive business practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
