      On 06/02/2024, I purchased an item which cost approximately $600 from the business which arrived shortly thereafter. Upon inspection of the item, it was learned the product was damaged. A message was sent via the websites customer support function which generated an automated response. A follow-up email was sent to the business per their instruction with further detail as required on 06/17/24 with a follow-up email sent on 06/23/24. The emails went unanswered at which time a negative review was left on their website. The review was under review and failed to post to their website. As of 06/26/24, no communication has been received by the company.

      So it was around mid March I bought seat covers to redo my seat. I bought Nugget Gold Seat covers for my 1969 Mustang Coupe for around 350$ which to a working man like me is a lot. When they came in 7 weeks later they seemed good until I noticed the head rest where not stitched right and the bottom passenger seat cover was missing the sheath(it holds the metal rod so you can tie it down to the frame of the seat which enters will hold the seat foam down as well and really holds the seat together and makes it usable). So middle of May I called and asked them is there something we can do and they said yes. Well a month and a half later meaning the last two weeks they have lied lied and lied on top of that to me. They said they would help but they just keep lying. They keep saying they will call me back and never do. They keep telling me that they will take care of it and help me and even said they will give me 150$ gift card for waiting so long like I have. Well guess what they lied one more time. I called them today and got put on hold for over 15 minutes(usually they just leave me on hold for ********************************************************************************* frustration but Ill call back 2 minutes later and someone automatically picks up) they said they would give me a call back today well its 16:48pm and now Im writing to you guys. I just want what I paid for, OEM style seat cover with correct stitching and correct components to make the seat covers functional and look right. CJ pony seems not to care *** spent around 350$ and didnt get what I payed for. I told them they are the ones making it take this long when all I want is what I paid for because I didnt these seat covers are non usable. They did say they sent the head rest covers but that was a lie as well, they said they sent them 2 weeks ago and I havent seen or heard about them. They just dont care. I hope you guys can help me out it will be muchly appreciated, thank you. Sincerely S

      I ordered a part from this company 3 months ago and have yet to receive any updates or support in regard to cancelling the order. I have emailed and gone through their systems to receive support and have seen no response. When attempting to call there automated systems will not allow me to speak with a representative. All of this while the part is listed as currently in stock on their own website.

      I bought this item over the time period allowed for returns. I just now installed the item but it was defective and broke on the first turn of the k*** All I want is to have the defective switch replaced. I did not abuse it I did not do anything except use it the way it was designed to work. It came apart and they will not help but want to have me buy it again. When restoring old vehicles many people buy their parts ahead of time so when the vehicle is ready to go back together they have all the parts. This is very poor customer service for someone who just wants to be treated fairly. Frankly terms of service really should not apply for defective merchandise. It was impossible to test if it was defective since the truck was completely in peices when I ordered the part. So if we are to stick to the letter of the service I do not have a leg to stand on. If in fact they want to help someone out of selling defective merchandise to them its a matter of adjusting the rules. They offered an 8% discount on a ****** item. That is not acceptable.

      Thank you very much for allowing me to get results from the business. I was contacted by the manager and recieved immediate soultion to my problem. I am very pleased with the company now and I will chalk the problem up to lower level staff not willing to take the issue to their superiors.

      CJ Pony Parts refuses to refund the shipping costs I paid for the initial transaction. I also paid for the return shipping costs. CJ Pony Parts is profiting from a return item.

      i went to cj pony parts website and purchased a car part on my tax return card. my card payment was accepted and the funds got taken off my card immediately which is seen in the picture ive added to this claim. they came to me about a week later saying my card was declined and i knew my payment was accepted on the website. i called them and they said that my payment was declined and that some how it had miss matched billing and shipping addresses. i don't understand why i have to take the * on 450 dollars and no merchandise when my payment was clearly accepted when i ran my card.

      Reached to the explained that when the order was first made on 2-27 the part was on back order. The pending payment was voided and should go back into his account.  As we do not hold payments or charge for parts until they ship. That is why when the part became available on 3-4 we ran the card again and it declined.  i will send him a screen shot showing the voided payment.

      I am restoring my 1966 Mustang and purchased about $1,000 worth of parts for the car. Some weren't required and several didn't fit properly. Their return policy is very cumbersome, requiring a lot of information to be entered in an antiquated software. After submitting data several times - and even completing a detailed spreadsheet with photos - they have gone silent. I truly believe their business plan includes selling parts that don't work, then making the process to return impossible. I wish I would have read the reviews ahead of time - this is a common complaint.

      I placed an order for a set of door storage bags for a **** Bronco on 9/11/23. There were a couple other items on this order that were received without issue. The order arrived missing one bag, there should have been two. Also included in the box with the missing bag was a return authorization from a previous customer. I reached out to ********************** regarding the missing item, after some back and forth I received a reply from their return specialist on 10/30/23 stating they had reached out to the vendor to have the missing bad sent directly to me and would follow up. I never received any follow up or the missing bag. I responded to the email chain a couple of time in November and again in December asking for an update and never received a response. I called their support center and spoke to one of their representatives who pulled up the order and said they would "follow up with the vendor". I asked them to keep me updated and have not received any communication. Going on five months with no resolution..

      On 5/25/2023 I ordered a set of replacement door locks for my ******* from CJ Pony parts, they were advertised as direct fit replacements. They were not direct fit, and for them to work I had to use the actuator arm off the old set. Once installed the locks work poorly, and require a fair amount of jiggling to get the key into the lock. I informed CJ Pony parts of the issue on 7/20/23, and have yet to receive a response.

      I specifically ordered a console addition which was designed for a 1965 ******* with a factory installed console. I was sent an item which is for a car without a factory installed console. This web site in ordering does not upload an item number until payment is made. I have emailed CJPONY repeatedly and only receive back circuitous emails with no offer for resolution. They desire return shipment of this product across the country (although sent from PA) which costs over 100.00 at cheapest rate which over half of the product cost. This is not my first problem with CJPONY and I find their service to be far from satisfactory.
