      I am in the process of restoring my 69 mustang and purchased many items from CJ Pony Parts. One of the items was a wire harness for the engine compartment. However, when I received the part, I was not ready to install it. When I was at that point, I opened the box and realized that the harness was incorrect. I never installed it or tried to install it. I contacted CJ pony parts and asked if I could exchange it for the correct harness. I was told that since it was over 60 days, they would not exchange it. I also have another item that I need to return but the company will not reach out to me despite calling and sending an email. I do not want to have 60 days pass and for them to tell me they cannot accept the part back. When I leave my number as requested on the automated message, no one calls back. I also emailed and received an automatic response saying someone will contact me but again, no one does.I understand that there is a policy in place but this company will not talk to me or try to work with me despite spending lots of money at this company. I truly feel that this company purposely tries to delay their response so you have to keep the part. This appears to be a case of deceptive trade practice. I need help in getting someone with authority to respond to my issues.***************************

      I ordered from cj pony 11 2022, a seal for a customer truck, they cancelled my order, I call CS and was told it was cancelled, 2 weeks later I'm charged and when I contacted *************** told me I could return for a refund, only I have to PAY for shipping TWICE, after being assured I was cancelled!!!!

      I paid $50 for a dipstick they said it would be here 2 weeks ago I called/emailed customer support they never helped me with my issue, I will never be ordering from cj pony parts again and will be telling everyone at the car meets to not order from them, they never resolved my issue or attempted to help me.

      I ordered a really nice brake kit for my Dad's truck for Christmas. I received the kit about a week later and when I opened it none of the hardware was in the packing and some of the kit was missing. The rotors were beat up. I sent photos soon as it was delivered. They sent me a email saying they were sorry but never reached out to make it right. Everyone do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and buy from a company that backs what they sell and has decent customer service or you will be sorry.

      This business reply fails to address a key issue:

      1. The name of the part does not determine fitment. The web site has a specific fitment and installation section to check fitment. 2.The description may say ******** in the naming the part; however, under the websites Fitment and Installation it states the part fits  “69-70 *******” and does not specify or distinguish between hard top, coupe, or fastback. And since many parts are interchangeable one can only conclude that part is interchangeable since under the Fitment section it includes all models from 59-70.

      Thus, the businesss reply is not only disingenuous but offensive and fails to take any responsibility for its clear lack of clarification. Their error unnecessarily cost me $27.00 in return shipping, because the business refused to accept any responsibility and make the matter right. Buyer beware! You cannot rely on this businesss posted Fitment and Installation directions.

      "policy" for future customers who may order and be told afterwards that parts aren't available. When no item was shipped!!! Please do not charge for shipping. This is WRONG. Kind Regards from ***** Collision Center.
