      Please stay away from Vanguard they do no have competent people it will cost you thousands of dollars They have kind people unfortunately they don't have competent people to handle issues which in turn cost you the customer thousands of dollars with no way to get help or recoup your losses. I would not use them or recommend not investing any money with them.

      **************** will; just straight up hang on you when you try to complain about their phone system not working. I pressed 3 over and over and over, and it never registered. Literally spending hours listening to a robot when I can just talk to a person.

      I wish to close my account with Vanguard. They are impossible to deal with, waste hour upon hour of my time, the 'customer service' is both laughable and execrable.
      I have 2 funds with them, 1 a retirement fund, the other a more aggressive one. I'm not sure of the names, as there are many, many details in my life---multiple p***words, etc.
      Vanguard continually throws rock after rock in customers' paths. Ex: a recurring security question is 'In what city were you married?' I've NEVER BEEN MARRIED!!!! AND told at least 3 birdbrained 'customer service reps' exactly that and to please put a note on my account to that effect. They always 'yeah, yeah me but never honor that simple request that would save us BOTH time!
      Where things stand now: since their godawful website has gotten me nowhere I've called including around 20 minutes ago----my 2nd call---to give my correct address (they had an address I haven't lived at in Philadelphia for 2 1/2 years. I don't even remember the zip code. After they wasted at least 1/2 hour MORE of my time and got nowhere except higher blood pressure I decided to try to give my banking info instead. Then these morons told me that b/c I have a new bank other than the one on record they couldn't wire me MY ******** money, b/c, and I quote 'Unfortunately we have to place your account on 'temporary' hold'.
      I am in need of MY funds due to a personal financial crisis, and am being blocked from getting them by incompetence and an incredibly idiotic and time consuming 'security' system.
      Please, pretty please---with the confection of your choice on top---get my money back from these idiots.

      These guys have caused two financial crisis in two months and a row with their new platform. Why make it look the same but completely mess up the original functionality. Ive been making withdraws the same way for years and all of the sudden the same procedure is taking 2500 out of my bank account. I call to cancle the transaction now and a month later i find out yall the deleted my bank account information when i need to make a withdraw for bills. Now im fucked because of you and wont be able to pay shit because my phone is going off line two which makes everything harder to deal with. Im taking all my money out of your account because you have what i assume are either librals or retards designing your site and haven't made a fucking fix or pivot. Clearly you dont give a flyng fuck

      This company, Vanguard, does not understand how to process POA's. Some background info... my mother is in a nursing home paying 12k per month until medicaid kicks in. All other companies have worked with me on getting her accounts closed so we can get medicaid to pay her home. I have sent in my POA about 8 times. They have finally received it. At first, they told me everything checks out and to fill out the termination forms. Now, they are "waiting" for a 3rd party to approve it. This is nonsense. Vanguard has their own legal department. I contacted this 3rd party group myself. They explained that they only facilitate the documents between my mother's former employer and Vanguard. They do NOT approve anything. They literally laughed at Vanguards explanation. This proves what I've thought of Vanguard from the beginning. They are disorganized and don't know what they're doing. I will never do business with such a company.

      I have been trying to transfer monies from Edward Jones to Vanguard since December 5th of 2023! Still to no avail!
      I wanted to warn everyone of how I have been treated! No “Follow Up!” NOTHING!!!
      I want the CEO: Mortimer B****** to be aware of these, “Lack of Principles!” Would love a call from him!

      This company is terrible. I've called multiple times asking for a status of my previous 401k withdrawal check status and I'm stuck playing a game of phone or no one knows what account I have or "it's out of my jurisdiction" they direct me then get hung up on. When giving them a confirmation # for my check it's "not valid and means nothing" my hard earned money is missing $1000+. Clearly this is an urgent matter if I have to take money out of my 401k and they are no help. If I need to press charges I will. It's been 2 weeks of this.

      I just spent over an hour on the phone with their support team. After being transferred and put on hold 8 times and passed back and forth between departments as nobody had the competency to help me access my 403B plan online, I hung up in frustration. I even ended up talking to multiple agents repeatedly, as there was no internal communication system and I had to re-enter my personal information and explain my situation as if it was new every time. This company is incredibly archaic and inefficient

      The worst service, and worse company I have ever worked with in my life. You will never get your money back from them without an attorney. This company should be forbidden from operating in the United States.
