This company is just a big scam.I sent their equipment back using their own package with pre-printed label but they keep robo calling saying they have not got it back and are threating collections.Really.
This company has a long history of misdeeds.Just google them.
Plus they are trying to double bill me for the one week I had their monitor.
Sent me two bills with two different account numbers for the same service period
    Really?
Just stay away from this company

I am so very confused and flustered as to how months later from my actual date of service, May 12th 2023, I am just now receiving a bill from them in the mail (October 21st 2023). Was also a surprise bill too because I never was told anything about any of these extra out of pocket costs..

This is a major scam!!! My husband had to wear the device that would not stay charged!! Had to return it and wait on another one! Same thing again wouldn’t charge. We returned the device and complained that is didn’t work only to be billed $9000!!!! Insurance paid $76 and our portion is $758.58!!! This company is almost impossible to speak with!! Then they say they will have someone in management call you back which never happened. Now getting threatening letters for full amount!!

This is a scam! I returned the devise immediately after using, using their label and following their instructions. They claim they didn't receive it and want to pay $1995.00! They will not return my many phone call. I'm now looking for a good lawyer. Do not do business with these crooks. This is the only negative review I have ever written.

When I got the bill, I couldn't pay it at once. I sent half the amount. The remaining balance was $29.76. I sent a check like before. This time it was taking much longer to clear. Then I get a letter threatening to put it on my credit. So to avoid that, I called and paid it on my card. I assumed they would return my check if they did get it. 2 days later the check cleared. So no I have paid $29.76 twice. When I called, they claimed they never got my check and wanted proof. I sent them an email as they asked with pictures to prove they cashed the check. (Front & back of check.) The a week later when I called, they claimed they didn't get the email. By now it's been 3 weeks. So I sent another email with pictures. This time I got an email back to say they were working on it, and to give them another week. A week later called again, and got the run around. Here it is now almost 2 months since I called to complain the first time, and still no refund. It's been 3 weeks since the last email they sent me. All I want is the $29.76 they owe me.

Was prescribed the MCOT by my cardiologist just to see what my heart was doing on a daily basis. I was told insurance would cover it. I wore it for 5 days and my skin was left with a horrible rash and blisters. I constantly dealt with connectivity issues, especially in the evening. I called for sensitive skin patches and was told they dont exist for that device, I tried the lead wire and could not stand wearing it during exercise or sleep. Decided I was done and to send it back, they bill you for the prescribed amount of days even if you stop wearing it, for ANY reason. So I will now be paying $850.00 AFTER insurance for only 5 days of use. This company is a joke and I would've never done the test had I known the issues that came with it.

My cardiologist gave me the Biotel box and told me to call the company in order to start it. I was never told how much it would cost. I received a statement from this company after wearing it 18 days that I would owe $921.67. I immediately stopped the heart monitor and sent it back. Today I get a bill for the same $921.67 without any options to lower the cost. The total charge was $9,000.00. This is incredibly excessive in my opinion. The monitor patch caused a red rash on my skin, I never received any results from this device and will never have anything to do with them again.

I received a bill for a 30 day monitor and I only wore it for 72 hrs. I confirmed with my doctors office that they indeed billed me for 72 hrs. I am being billed for the full 30 days. I have emailed them as well as tried calling them many times unsuccessfully. I have even left my phone number for a call back on their automated system. If I was/is going to be sent to collections, I will get a lawyer as this is fraudulent billing!

I sent my monitor back at the end of June. Yesterday,(mid August) I received a bill for $1,998 for the machine they say hadn't been returned. It's the ultimate scam. You get the machine with a prepaid envelope (UPS) so you send everything back....they say they don't have it. Bull puckies. They have it (doctor has the entire report that requires the machine) but nonetheless, they're trying to scam you for more...and more. Was the machine accurate, yes...are the folks who run this place honest, hell no.
