      This company CUBESMART is the most disgusting association I have had with any organization in my 64 year of dealing with businesses. I am 85 years old and been an employee an officer in corporations and a small business owner. Consequently I have had exposure over my business career with all kinds of institutions, businesses and people. I have had a storage unit at the same location for over 35 years and during those 35 years it was a reasonable and pleasant association until CUBESMART bought the location. CUBESMART has over the last 3 years created a horrid experience. The personnel the have employed are deficient in language skills, incompetent in customer communications and ill trained.I intend to evacuate my 35 year storage unit ASAP and convey at every opportunity a message that CUBESMART the most despicable business I have ever encountered.

      Wish I can leave a negative star ************* paid $70 for them to go in my unit when I should have privacy to it impossible to get in contact with the store manager or anything never rent from THEM!!!!!!

      I really have no words for this business. After an alleged " breakin" and theft of property from my unite, the employees didn't even make a police report which was indicative of " an inside job". At 70, although I paid insurance on the unit, I was so worn down I abandoned filing an exhaustive ************************ claim. My suggestion is " steer clear " of this business if you can! I was paying a fairly steep fee for " someone " to steal my things. ??

      Do not deal with this company. They jacked up my current amount by $20 and they have done this twice and double charged me also with no notice. So Im hooked bad looking to lose nearly $300 because of these said disputes. Stay away from CubeSmart Storage if you value your wallet.

      Folks, Be aware of this company absolutely ripping off the consumer by constantly raising the monthly charge by $85.00 every 6 months to a year. I have been a CubeSmart customer for a straight 7 years, renting 2 large units, and started out at $166.00 per month, and now raising it to $462.00 per month per unit. Don't even call these people for a quote, because it's a lie. They don't care if you're a senior citizen living month to month like me. I may have to lose all my belongings over this. It's a very bad company.

      This business is criminal. You agree to a price when you move your stuff in they say it's only a one month agreement. Once you move your stuff into the storage unit they can then jack up the price of the unit to whatever they want as long as they give you a 30 day notice. So they basically tell you yes that was the price we charge but we found out other companies are charging more so here's a letter to inform you now that you're using one of our units we raising the price on you by almost an extra $20 a month and you have to move your stuff out of you don't want to pay the new price. Totally a legally way to steal. This company is criminal. Once you sign an agreement on what to pay monthly they shouldn't be able to just say I've changed my mind what I'm charging you so either pay is more or move your stuff out. I got this unit when it was great value storage. They buy it out and then decided my rate is to low and make you get their mandatory unit insurance charging you even more. Cubesmart has found a way to legally steal from the clients and they should be arrested for stealing.

      Please do not rent with them they tell you one thing and the contract says something totally different I rented a unit in October they sent up after two months I was informed it wouldnt go up until 5 months out if you are telling me this and you work here I would believe you they are full of it and please do not waste your money here I had problems from the beginning I booked a unit online they was telling me that they couldnt find the reservation then the tricked me into getting a bigger unit saying the price would be locked for 4 months wish is a lie I repeat do not use them
