I get these $2 fees on my credit card statement, presumably because a merchant is using their service to process a payment, but there is no way to determine which merchant it is, nor do I recall consenting to this charge.Initial Complaint

Canteloupe is trying to charge me for services that were cancelled with them. I followed hat their employees stated to do. Said employees were incorrect with their information on three different occasions, causing me to continuelly be billed. Canteloupe is trying to charge myself as well as their current customer for machines used at the same time. Mine should have been cancelled on a certain day and new customer started the following day. Canteloupe did an "upgrade" to their system causing me to lose money. Their upgrade did not go as planned as they stated on their voice recording and systems were not working for weeks. Which no one has ever compensated for this. Now they are trying to charge me because I cancelled a service that they informed me the incorrect way to do, twice and are just saying that's my problem. Also, I am finding out that they added devices onto my account that were not authorized, they have the wrong person's name and signature that is nowhere on my account. I have the names and dates that I have spoken to people regarding all of this. This company continually gives out wrong information and then holds the customer responsible.Initial Complaint

I opened up my account in very few days. Once opened, I sold the business before I every started using the service. I initiated the transfer process hearing nothing at all back for several weeks. I called, they said I had an outstanding balance. I received ZERO statements, nothing emailed to the email on file. I said okay, let me pay the balance. I also asked since the account is being transferred will I be billed again? She said no. I asked can the transfer be completed. She said it could take up to 3-4 weeks. She said can you send transfer paperwork again. I said sure. I receive another billing request for the same amount I just paid about a week ago. They were trying to collect the money for a second time. I called back, explaining and I had to send them the copy of the bill. I asked this lady where the transfer process stood. She asked for the transfer paperwork (3rd time same paperwork has been requested). I send yet again. I received yet another bill for one additional month after I was told there wouldn't be any additional billing since the transfer paperwork was sent in. This company is acting reckless, over billing, and clearly violating any ethical business or best business practices as a fiduciary. I have all email correspondence to support everything I've stated above. I have waisted countless hours on hold, to get no where. They drag their feet trying to get additional fees from accounts. They need to be investigated before it turns out to be huge swindle.Initial Complaint

6/17 & 6/24 /22 we received reports stating that there would 6/17 $3019.52 & 6/24 $2252.29 would be deposited into our bank account. This is the amount less their processing fees. These 2 amounts weren't deposited as Canteloupe didn't use the voided check provided and or the banking information provided by our bank to make the necessary deposits. On 6/27 we received e-mail verification that the banking info had been corrected. We have successfully rec'd the deposits subsequent to these 2 missing deposits. We have called, emailed many times. We were told that they do not accept calls when we asked for appropriate dept. We were then told that there was a tax lien on us. (This is not true as we just receive 2 tax refunds in the past 2 weeks) We told them to provide documentation to substantiate this claim, as we have not been contacted by any tax agency. So, despite this company having control over some of our credit card purchases, they also control the transfer of funds. The absence of these 2 deposits has caused us to incur fees, and loss of time. Small companies like us are reliant on these processing companies. We hope they are above board and will do the tasks that we pay a great deal for. Credit sales are a direct line to our operational funding. Missing over $5000. of sales is a big deal when the average price of a vending machine item is $1.00.Initial Complaint

In April 2022, I purchased vending machines and the payment processing company used to manage credit card purchases is Cantaloupe Inc. Here are the problems I have had to date:1. My first machine was place in June. I received a welcome letter from Cantaloupe with instructions on how to sign up for live or recording training sessions. None of the links worked. So I couldn't and haven't been able to receive instructions on "how tos" of my credit card machine. I have called help desk twice and also emailed a senior manager for resolution on getting ANY live class information. Its been 2 months.2. On Saturday 7/16/2022 Cantaloupe performed a system upgrade and until 7/22/2022 I haven't received any reports on transactions from my machines. When I finally did receive the report I had 4 transaction in 5 days. Also during this period the Cantaloupe had poor communication with customers about resolution to the problem. I don't know any financial company that manages money that is able to be SILENT for 5 days and not tell you anything about your transaction or money. Also during this time they are charging my a monthly service fee and transaction service fee and I am not receiving ANY ServicesInitial Complaint

We purchased an antenna cable for one of our vending machines, however, we ended up selling our business and never opened or installed the antenna. The new owner did not need the antenna, we made several attempts to return through an RMA. The company quit communicating with us so we returned it via certified mail with documentation enclosed and never received any acknowledgment from the company or a refund.All the documentation will be uploaded here.
