      I was there for 6 1/2 hours after driving 1 1/2 to get there. The next day I noticed the bottom panel looked like it was coming off and I did not notice it when I test drove. I asked that they do something about it because I would have never made the purchase if I would have seen this, considering it is a 2022 and paid a nice amount. I had to reach out multiple times before I got a no! And when I asked to return the vehicle he said I only had 7 days and it was day 8. So that explains why it took a whole week for him to get back to me with an answer. He had to make sure I was past my 7 day grace period before he told me no. Then said that it wasn’t like that in the pictures they had. Basically trying to say I did it. But surely the person who cleaned it up had to have seen the damage, but of course why would they even consider that! It was the worst buying process of my life and the worst service after the purchase!

      The scrapes are on the lower edge of the door panel down by the rocker panel. The scrapes are fresh and were not there when we delivered the vehicle. It appears that the vehicle was scraped by a pole or something else, but again, we would not deliver a vehicle with the scrapes from the pictures that were provided.

      We bought out a lease my daughter drives. We asked that the brakes be replaced under warranty. Several months later my daughter said the brakes were grinding. We took the car to our mechanic who looked at the brakes and said they were original to the car and had not been changed. This is a dishonest dealership and I would not give them my business again.

      Under that name - show a 2020 ****** Rogue and a 2019 Crosstrek. I do see an issue with brakes on the **** Crosstrek at almost ****** miles which would not be covered under warranty at that point and very few vehicles have brakes covered by waranty unless their is a defect in the brakes as these are considered a wear item. If customer can provide more detail - happy to look into - but again - brakes are not a covered warranty item for wear/tear only if there is a defect in the product.

      I really did not want to post a review for the world to see about number one Cochran Hyundai of South hills, but I feel like if I can warn some people than this review will be worth it. I went in on a Friday to purchase a certified used vehicle. The sales person that helped me knew that I needed the vehicle ASAP and told me I could not receive it that day. He told me he will call me on Monday and we could sign the paperwork and finalize the deal. I was waiting around all day on Monday and finally around 3:45 I called to see what was going on. They were supposed to fix a dent in detail the car but that never happened. I didn't even get a phone call to let me know what was going on I had to call the salesman! I was irritable when I went in to sign the paperwork and he could see my frustration and he did not hide his annoyance with me by shaking his head and walking away with my paperwork to the finance guy. The finance guy was nice enough until a month goes by and we still don't receive a bill for the auto loan. He tells me shortly after we need to resign the bank paperwork. Something about saving me $3 a year or something insane but I think they messed up. I was driving around the vehicle and I could hear a grinding sound in the brakes. I took the vehicle back to be serviced three times and finally they fixed it only because I demanded a rental car. We kept taking it there back and forth being forgot about I even had the sales manager involved and he forgot about me too but at least he was honest about it. We received an incomplete vehicle when we bought it as there was a dent that needed repaired and interior exterior detail needed done. Needless to say after three trips there and back because I had their rental car they got it done. I thought I was done with the dealership but last week, after 2 months of having this car, they call me with a slight problem they say. Apparently they messed up the emission sticker and needed the car. Stay away! So much more to say .

      Customer submitted a lead through out internet site on the vehicle. We explained to the customer the vehicle was not fully completed having a detail service performed and dings removed, but they could come and see the vehicle. They saw the vehicle and asked to take it home that night and we again stated we wanted to get it detailed and dings removed, but allowed them to take the vehicle and return to have the detail and dings removed. The concern with the brake noise was due to the after market brake pads that were installed so we put OEM brakes on the vehicle for the customer as well as provided a loaner vehicle while completing the detail and having dings removed. The issue with the stickers was a human error where we entered the sticker incorrectly in the system so we drove out to the customer and picked up the vehicle and corrected the error, washed the customer's vehicle for them and returned it back to them within a matter of about an hour.
